Aldridge Managed IT Services reviews
8 My request was taken care of extremely fast which really helped from a business standpoint. Thank you so much Billy!

Ebony was very helpful walking me thru my issues and also informing me of some syncing setups I needed and hadn't been doing. Very happy with the results thanks to her!
Several people worked diligently to determine the cause and problem, in the most efficient and professional manner. The communication and speed of service I get with your company is great!
Aldridge is growing majorly in a positive direction. They are very open to feedback and evolving. There is a good camaraderie in the office. Good things are happening.
Aldridge is very responsive and helpful when issues arise. Donnovan is always my go-to tech if I'm able to request. He is usually able to resolve the issue quickly and if not, he will continue to work on it until the issue is resolved.
I appreciate the change in direction from Aldridge and their support teams. We are thrilled with Bryan and the over experience we have with the team members we work with.
They compensate for 5 star reviews. Little QC, does not keep customer interests in mind. Questionable treatment of staff at best. Many reviews are also grandfathered from the pre-acquisition company entrust. Very little of the entrust staff remained through the transition, as most staff left or were laid off soon after.
One of the worst IT companies anyone could work with. Avoid at all cost. The 5 star reviews are from employees that were asked to boost the rating.
