Alene's Florist, Lufkin TX

I received a beautiful bouquet of flower from my place of employment with a note sending me their condolences. However the shop wrote it on a Happy Birthday card. That is highly inappropriate and is not something that should have happened.

Furious doesn’t begin to describe how I’m feeling about the $75 arrangement I ordered (from Dallas) for my best friend’s mom’s 87th birthday. I don’t live in town, but did they think I wouldn’t see this?

Please don't BUY flowers from this shop. I called to order flowers for my cousin funeral and they took my credit card information and charged me a different price than the lady told me. $134.95 for the flowers and a $5 delivery charge. Never did she say it was a $11.95 tax charge until I called back to ask why my card was charged a different price than was said. Then the lady stated they were a good CHRISTIAN business. I tired of businesses saying that and acting like scam artists and criminals. GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION the master this business serves is the master of confusion. Then she had the audacity to say "we can refund your money over that $11.95. " It's not about the money it's that fact YOUR business practice should be let me tell the customer the correct amount before we charge their cards so it's " NO CONFUSION. " Yet the owner was rude and had a nasty tone.

I absolutely love the caring friendly service we always receive from Alene’s. They have provided beautiful flowers for funerals, get wells for friends in the hospital, anniversaries and just because it’s a random Tuesday! The floral arrangements are beautiful and last a long time! FIVE star all the way!

I called the day before my father’s funeral requesting a heart-shaped spray of live red roses after a smaller florist was unable to fill my order. Alene’s was so kind, compassionate, and reassuring on the phone that I felt like I was talking to family. The spray was stunning and I know my dad would have loved it!
