The entire team was fantastic, Jay, Tonya and Everett. Jay and Tonya came out a listen to what I want to accomplish. Everett arrived on time and installed the necessary equipment.

I was told in order to get my panel replaced I would have to sign a another 3 year contract I'm not understanding why do I have to sign a contract when I have free equipment replacement in my contract only thing I'm responsible is a trip charge
The technician Alfred was outstanding with his customer service skills. They never said I was going to be charged or a trip charge. They came out to reset the alarm not communicating with them replaced batteries that I could have done for less than 20 dollars and charged me 115 dollars. Think I may need to switch to a different company.
Tony was my tech and he was the nicest man.
Communicated with me before he came and let me know all through the visit what was going on. My alarm was not working and he fixed it quickly and he also helped me with my Ring doorbell which certainly was not his responsibility but he went the extra mile. Tony, I hope you have a Merry Christmas. Thank you for a job well done.

The technician explained to me what my issue with my alarm system was and resolved it in a timely manner.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was great! Having said that they have a very impersonal phone system that does not allow for the fact that they, not me made a mistake. They sent the serviceman out earlier than scheduled and then told me in the recorded message that if I did not respond in 20 minutes that my appointment would be cancelled. The serviceman was already at my home. I was 30 minutes away. After going through 5 to 10 minutes of phone gymnastics and frustration I finally got a lady who was great. It took her another 10 minutes to remedy the situation. The serviceman waited. His name was Billy and he was, like the lady, great! He was able to diagnose and remedy my alarm problem. The bottom line is I dealt with two great people who along with me were in a process that was not working. Put good people in a poor process and ultimately you will have bad outcomes. Fortunately the three of us were able to overcome the process. Alert 360 can talk about out comes. Ultimately it is process that determines outcome. Hopefully, they will continue to improve their processes when it comes to us human beings, their customers.
Robert was here exactly on time. Super knowledgeable and got the system back up quickly…. Enstalled the new back up battery and door batteries. Gave me a couple of spares. Wonderful experience!

Jason the tech that came to my house was absolutely amazing. He fixed my issue and less an 5 minutes and was able to show me how to fix it should it happen again!
Steve showed up early and fixed my alarm to receive a better connection and fixed my motion detector. He also took the time to show me some things about my system I didn't know which makes me feel safer. I've used this company since purchasing my home in 2016 and have been very happy. We also use them at our office. Thanks for going above and beyond to make me feel safer.
