I scheduled a cleaning and upgraded to an overdue procedure. There was no pressure / up selling, rather concise and compassionate care. The entire team at Alexander and Song Dentistry exhibit the "our patients come first" philosophy which is lacking in the vast majority of Dental practitioners. A comfortable, bright and clean office greets you warmly, with a professional team you can trust.

No one likes to go to the dentist. But the experience is actually something to look forward to when you visit Dr. Alexander and Dr. Song. They keep the atmosphere light while still maintaining a professional office. Everyone (employees) was upbeat and happy to be at work, and the patients I encountered all left with smiles on their faces.

I've been going to this same location for many years. The technology, owners, and dentists have changed with the times but the friendly smile and good service has always remained the same.

Needed an emergency root canal before a long trip and they fit me in last minute. Quick, thoughtful, professional, and pain-free. Highly recommend!

Dr. Alexander is absolutely wonderful! She is very wise and knowledgeable about dentistry. She was great at problem solving my gum issue. I cannot express what an amazing team Dr. Alexander and Dr. Song are. If you don’t have a dentist this is the practice that you want to go to.

Dr. Alexander is always so nice and attentive! Both doctors really take their time with me and my husband.between the two of us we've had fillings and a couple of root canals. Not fun, but they always try to make an unpleasant dental procedure as quick and pleasant as possible.

They are quick to respond if we have a dental emergency, and overall we've had a very good experience. The front office manager is also very sweet and she always calls to see how we are feeling the day after a procedure.

They are all so sweet and welcoming. If you are ever needing a dentist in DFW I highly recommend Alexander and Song Dentistry. I always have a fun experience with them!

One can get implants or implant dentures at half the cost somewhere else.

The moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Team was efficient and kind. Dr. Alexander reviewed my photos and X-rays but also educated me beyond what I needed. She explained the why behind her recommendations. Quick and gentle during gum exam. I left with a squeaky clean mouth and motivated to floss more. I’d refer my family friends here in a heartbeat.
