Doctor Phillips-Walker is wonderful and the assistive nursing staff that usually work with her are good too. However, often times the front desk staff does seem to not understand customer service BUT they seem to be kind and as someone that has done all of their jobs before…it can be stressful dealing with the demands of a major corporation like Memorial Hermann.

Great doctor, very knowledgeable and fast. She’s doctor to all 3 of my children and sees them all at once! Most doctors only do 2 at a time but she will do all at once.

We are extremely disappointed with this office and specially provider Dr. Pace to be more specific. Our doctor is Dr. Walker, but she was out during the week so we made an appointment with Dr. Pace at 4: 00pm. We were running 8 minutes late as we were getting ourselves in the elevator. At 4: 08 we got a phone call from her secretary asking to reschedule. WOW! What a terrible doctor. We understand we were late and that’s my fault as I have 3 year old twins. But we sometimes wait more than 30 minutes in the waiting area plus 30 minutes once we get into our room and you couldn’t wait 8! WOW! You had no idea the reason we were visiting. No questions were asked about my daughters health. It was just the driest and coldest phone call that we’ve ever gotten. We will never be going back. It was insensible and uncaring. Please, think before taking your kids here.

Update: after I was contacted by the owner down below, they never made an attempt to called me about the situation.

Dr Phillips-Walker has done a great job with daughter. From vaccinations to overall care I value her care.

Dr. Alexis Phillips-Walker DO is all about making money! She does not care about the patient’s health. My daughter needed to see a pediatrician and appointment was set up and 20 minutes before the appointment, they cancelled on us. My baby has an exemption for vaccination from the state and the doctor refused to see my 4 month old baby because she does not have a vaccination card. Every doctor gives the Hippocratic oath to care for patients no matter what and this doctor does not follow it. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD’S HEALTH.

Take your child to ANY other pediatrician, Dr.walker is a decent pediatrician but her staff is HORRIBLE! My biggest problem is they are IMPOSSIBLE to reach, leaving a voicemail does no good either. Do yourself a favor and don’t put yourself through the stress this doctors office will cause you! This review isn’t enough to explain just how negligent these people are.

Doctor Alexis Phillips is very knowledgeable. She cares very much about her patients and a parent concerns for their child's health.

I loved how attentive she was with my kids. I definitely haven’t received this amount of care from the other office my kids are with. Will more than likely move all my kids to her office. I highly recommend.

Worst staff ever! They will put you on hold forever and never return! They dont even deserve one star!

She is not board certified and does not have the experience to treat anything other than what the textbook says. Took our children there and it is clear they just want to charge the insurance. As a parent, it is important for my children to have a board certified doctor. Do not recommend her.
