Ali helped repair my pc in a fast and timely manner with constant updates.
Was fantastic to work with, best in Austin.

I wanted to save time and money on a simple issue, a noisy fan on my laptop that I knew was going to take at least a week in a shop to fix and cost me an arm and a leg at a regular repair store. Ali finished the job twice as fast and for less than half the cost of a typical storefront. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you are interested in using an independent contractor he is conveniently located in south Austin and typically on call during regular business hours.

Went in today cause I had a messed up power-supply and i gotta say he was Trustworthy, affordable service, and the dude started working right there and helped me out with some last minute fan replacements. I was in and out of there in like an hour (minus my trip to buy a part which he helped me pick out and made sure it was affordable which is super ethical of him) and my PC’s already working great just in time for my school assignments. I rarely leave reviews but its worth it cause he’s legit and works quick. Definitely recommend if you’re in a pinch

Ali knows how to fix computers. He is persistent in finding a solution to the vex issues. I found him to be honest, trustworthy and reasonable.

Absolute champ, computer wouldn't boot. Spent an hour trying to swap parts see if previous upgrades were installed correctly. Within 5 minutes on the phone Ali resolved the issue and got me back in the game!

Responded within 5 minutes of me requesting a price quote. Not only that, he told me it would be less expensive if I went to the Apple Store because I still had AppleCare (I thought it had expired). He could have easily kept that to himself and charged me $800. Proves he’s not only good at what he does, but highly ethical.

Other places in town like “That Bytes” and “Computer Medic” talk unprofessionally down to you and over-expend their efforts to overcharge you. After having my PC at Computer Medic for a week and them putting it off, I took it to Ali and he called me within 30min with the diagnosis, put in my new part, and had me out the door with a working computer again. Would’ve costed me 4x as much with a week turn around at Computer Medic. Grateful for Ali’s help!
