I struggled for over two years navigating the ins-and-outs of clothing design and manufacturing by myself with little luck getting prototypes that were remotely close to my vision. Before finding AJG, I had briefly worked with a different fashion consultant company that I also struck out with - their process was slow, the team was not proactive, and they billed for every single step of the process. Once I eventually found AJG, I immediately knew I was going to find more success working with them. The team deeply empathizes with women trying to get a business off the ground and were patient while I agonized over getting things exactly right. It's not a quick process but doing anything the right way takes time - and I can promise you, getting help from professionals is the right way! I came to AJG looking for help with design, sourcing, full production, industry advice and expertise, and they exceeded my expectations in every area. The obvious benefits are responsiveness of the team, industry expertise, patience with founders, professionalism, and expertise across every phase of development and production. Less obvious, but I'd say just as if not more important, is the team's transparency/honesty. If you have a challenge or a deadline, they will work creatively to find a solution but also be honest about what is in your best interest. I never felt like I was being "sold, " there were never any surprises, it was and is very much a partnership where AJG provides guidance on the product based on your goals, and let's you focus on the business, sales/marketing, etc. If you don't know something, they will have or get an answer.

I've had a couple less than ideal experiences with other companies, and I'm very happy to have connected with AJG.

My first conversation with Alice was a Aha! Moment for me. I was struggling to find the right manufacturer for 3 years, failed multiple times at the sample making process, as I wasn't able to build my trust with manufacturer, given the quality of the samples I received.
Once I started working with AJG, I was more comfortable in making an informed decision on circling out my manufacturer,
Partnering with AJG is like having your own team, to make sue the end result meets our requirement, aligns with our vision.
They are super keen to make sure every single aspect is made as directed. We had few sample cycles done with the manufacturer to get the end product right (this is exactly the stage where I gave up in the past without AJG).
Hands-down the best experience with AJG, I wouldn't be able to come this close to launch my kids clothing brand in two months from the day I posted this review, if not for AJG.
