Terrible costumer service. Sold a bag to my 13 year old daughter sitting next to a Lulu display (the bag has a marking very much resembling a Lulu bag) at an dance event and did not disclose any return policy to her. She brought the bag to our seats at the dance recital and I let her know this was not the brand she thought it was. I attempted to return the bag immediately and was told to return at the store for a refund. During our trip to the store we were told we could not receive a return but only exchange the item. The store carries no other bags nor clothing in my daughters size so we were told to just take a store credit and wait until something became available at the store that she would want. The employee at the store was extremely rude and passive aggressive. We are all about supporting local business but will not be returning.

They are careless. Called about tan tap shoes, stated they had a certain one, drove over an hour to get them and they don’t even carry it. What a waste.

The owner was extremely helpful! I live pretty far and it's hard to find toddler dance material. She has everything for the little ones. Will help out in search of any item and size.

I was in need of last minute clothes for my daughter’s gymnastics class and I was able to get so much help from the store associate. I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful with picking out the clothes I needed and they fit my daughter perfectly! Exceptional service! I found everything I needed here. I will be coming back to purchase more as my daughter continues her gymnastics journey!
