Had a claim.started out being very nice and professional.kept asking for documents over and over.different people to talk with every time. Finally got a response and, although i did ALL of the work, photos, got the estimates while they Never even came out to the scene, they sent a check that was short of the estimate.they said they had to Deduct for it being an older fence. I questioned him and he started taking over me so i raised my voice and then he started yelling over the phone and then hung up. WORST insurance experience e EVER! I feel so sorry for the many hispanics getting liability that have to deal with these unprofessional rude people. DO Not use them!

The absolute WORST insurance company I've ever worked with. For context, I'm in the industry and work as a Service Advisor at a collision repair shop. I have been doing this for 10 years and have worked with all of the major insurance carriers and many of the small/unknown ones.

Alinsco takes the cake as the cheapest, slimiest, (insert your own derogatory adjective here) insurance company of them all.

Their insured rear ended a customer of mine. They refuse to pay fair labor rates and instead expect us to bill our customer. They take a week to respond to any estimates/invoices submitted and after all that time are still short hundreds of dollars for needed repairs.

They are providing a rental for the lady that their insured hit.but oh yeah, they are having her cover the full cost of the rental from beginning to end and then will reimburse her. I'm sure that will be a smooth and fast process.

My recommendations:

- Looking to get a new insurance company? Go with USAA, Allstate, or State Farm.

- Someone hits you and is insured with Alinsco? Make the claim with your own insurance and get your car fixed. Let your insurance take a bat to Alinsco and get their money back.

- You're a repair shop and a customer wants to have repairs done through Alinsco? Run away. It will be just a horrible experience for you, the customer, and any other party involved.

This is the worst auto insurance company I have ever seen with the worst customer service. Every month they come with new excuses and will charge you extra. I had insurance for 280/month for one year contract but on the second month they start charging me $ 355/ month when I called them to ask why I am charging that amount, they give excuses which was making no sense.

THE WORST. They will not work with you in making a fair settlement when their client was at total fault! My car was parked and my neighbor hired a mover to come one night and as the mover was backing into the space next to me, his foot slipped and the corner of his trailer hitch made a hole in my door. I had video, witnesses, text messages, and photos of the incident and surprisingly, they took total responsibility. I even gave different estimates of what it would cost and what did they do? Gave a lowball estimate and sent a check. If you hear Alinsco Insurance, brace yourselves in being screwed over. No wonder they have bad reviews.

BEWARE! I was rear ended by a policy holder of Alinsco insurance, significant damage to the rear of my vehicle. I have called daily to get a update on my claim, I have not been in a accident in 13 -14 years, and what I thought was a simple straight forward claim has been a nightmare. The policy holder exchanged info with me with the help of a detective, and Alinsco is doing everything they can to manipulate a reason why it is taking so long to "investigate". When I call them out on information about what is taking so long, they then tell another reason they might be pursuing to "check all the boxes" It has been a nightmare, If you are in a accident with one of their policy holders, good luck. They are shady, unfair and difficult.

I was a customer for yrs and some reason I'm having the hardest time proving I was covered and a driver so I can get a ticket taken care of from a few yrs ago I totally forgot about it until my license was gonna expire and bam it pops up. I've had 2 deaths in the family moved 3 times and had teenagers so I apologize for not remembering but that's why we pay places like this so we can get the verification we need when we need it!

The worst and I mean the worst insurance company ever! So hard to to get my car fixed after being hit by one of their policy holders! They give you the runaround for 2 months no one call! Their rates are not even the rates don’t match state rates! This is by far the most ridiculous insurance companies ever!

Better hope you do not get hit by someone insured by Alinsco. If so get your attorney involved asap. Takes months to receive anything from them. Horrible customer service, slow, and will not cover all cost. Zero stars if possible.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have had the worst time dealing with this insurance because of one of their policy holders. Every time I try to call nobody answers. I finally left a message telling them that I was getting tired of nobody answering my calls, and then they attempted to call me back once and didn’t leave a message. I only knew it was them because at that point I had the phone number memorized. Now they have given me a quote to get work done on my car and they have left out that I need a rental car for the duration, and they’re trying to lowball me for the cost of labor. I am so close to calling a lawyer to go after them for me because of how much frustration this company has put me through. I sincerely hope they go out of business just to save other people from having to deal with them.
Edit to say that i still have never spoken with the claims adjuster assigned to the claim for the accident i was involved in. I was forced to give my statement to a different claims adjuster and that was a time that i called them. Over the last two months i have never once received a call from them. I have had to push this thing along the whole way.

I was surprised with the comments I saw here. From my own experience, my agent has been awesome from the start, always has time to answer my questions and explains everything. I've been with Alinsco for a while now, am comfortable with my premium and because of that have recommended others to call for a quote. Other family members also have Alinsco and I have yet to hear a complaint, one filed a claim recently and the turn around time was within the time they told her it would be resolved, no issues and not a long wait. They only thing I have had a issue with is the App that sometime freezes or am not able to pull copy of my card, but luckily I can just stop n get a copy with my agent.

Unfortunately the day came having to deal w/ Alinsco. I was involved in a hit & run collision that totaled my car by one of their drivers. The second my adjuster told me who their insurance was, I knew I was screwed.

Reading countless reviews of others that have been involved in accidents w/ their clients affirmed even more how ridiculous this insurance company is
& how much you wish you could do anything & everything within your power not to get involved in an accident w/ one of their drivers.

They were provided the police report & dash cam footage of the vehicle hitting my car & fleeing the scene.

2 months of excuses & stalling to finally be told they're closing the claim because the driver refuses to make a stmt as to what happened.

My insurance handled everything on their end that they could in 3wks. Alinsco, 2 months & counting if I hadn't called to be updated on what's going on w/ the claim.

$700+ in rental fees out of pocket & over $8,000 still owed on a vehicle I no longer have because of an accident caused by their driver.

Thankfully, I have gap insurance &
under/uninsured should help cover rental costs.

Please cya guys. May you never get in an accident w/ their drivers but if you do, you'll have better peace of mind that your insurance can better take care of things because Alinsco sure as hell isn't going to.

It's a bad insurance company. I have no tickets and no accidents. I been with them for 4 years. This is the first time I've heard of the app. I've always paid by ach. They went up 50 one six months then 10 the next six months. Beware

DO NOT go with this insurance company. I signed up with them when I purchased a vehicle this past May. My vehicle was stolen 3 weeks after purchase and Alinsco dropped me from the policy because I filed a claim within 60 days of signing on with them. My vehicle hasn’t been recovered so now it’s a total loss and they are doing whatever they can to low ball me. On top of that, one of the supervisors (who shouldn’t be in a leadership position) is the rudest person I have ever interacted with. Amy Allen, I’m talking about you, ma’am. The laughing and sarcastic remarks are unprofessional and uncalled for and I do hope you are reprimanded accordingly. According to the reviews, rude employees are a trend with this company and it goes to show how much they really care about their customers. You definitely get what you pay for. Do not sign on with them to save money because it is not worth the headache these people will put you thru.

Worst insurance with the horrible rude attitude ladies (Florencia and Diane) that the insurance has to handle customer service claims. I really hate myself for getting insurance with alinsco! By far the worst insurance agency my trucks been in the shop 2 months and nobody is helping me get my truck situated so I can get it fixed and no help with getting a rental either! So much for full coverage!
