Alister Oak Hill, Austin TX

I just moved in and am thrilled so far! The newly renovated apartments are gorgeous. They are very spacious and styled beautifully. Lorena really went above and beyond during the entire leasing and move in process. Truly couldn't have asked for better. Mayte and Gabby are lovely to work with as well. Everyone has been very friendly and willing to help when needed. Since I moved in I've have had a few issues with appliances but the maintenance team, Donna and Thomas, were on top of it and came quickly to fix everything. I love the trail out front to walk my dog and the apartments themselves are pretty quiet as far as hearing your neighbors. Very happy with me choice to live here so far!

Looking to branch out from the busy downtown area. It was a super cute and relaxing looking complex that was affordable! Austins gotten so hectic and this was perfect. Mayte was super helpful and gave me a lay of land.

I loved touring Alister Oak Hill and seeing the smiling faces of Gabbi, Mayte and Lorena (I believed that what’s their names was, sorry I forgot or misspelled it). They really eased the touring process for me. I loved how honest and open they were. The amenities are outstanding and I can’t wait to move in.

Great clean community with a staff that is always friendly and very helpful would definitely recommend if you are looking for something in the area.

Just moved in a few weeks ago and honestly the apartments are just as nice as the pictures online. Property management are super helpful and proactive - Mayte went out of her way to ensure I had a warm welcome even though I arrived in the middle of the worst winter freeze in a while. The whole city was shut down, but because she knew I was driving in from Florida I would be tired and needed to be sorted out she still came through even though the office was closed. This is my first place in Texas and I’m extremely happy with the decision so far! Overall beautiful property right next to a huge HEB supermarket

I have lived at Alister Oak Hill for almost a year now, and have enjoyed the community. The assistant manager Mayte, has been very professional and helpful from the move in process, and any other questions i have had with maintenance requests. Mayte is very knowledgeable of the property, and the surrounding area. She recommended Los Campeones, which is now my home gym and only a 2 min drive from the property.

Parking is a little tight in the evenings, so I recommend getting a carport or garage. Mayte was able to find me one near my building, and it's well worth the cost.

Definitely would recommend a friend to the property.

The best apartments in Austin. Lorena in the front office was very helpful and made our move in process easy. They are willing to work with you, and genuinely care about the residents.

Absolutely amazing place to call home. The office staff is great maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. Donna goes above and beyond to make sure that all of our residential needs are taken care of, she responds quickly to our requests and emergencies any time of day or night. You can tell she Loves her job and Community it shows, Thank you Donna.

My previous apartment was my first apartment in Texas. (I am from New York). I hated it. Allister was everything I thought Texas would be. Great layout. Hospitable management/office staff. I was adamant about coming to clean my apartment before moving in, but nothing came off on my cleaning rags and the mop water was clear. I’m so impressed. The cleanliness, the amenities. This place is AMAZING

Awesome maintenance team led by Donna! Always prompt in responding to requests and in very timely manner. Donna is a very skilled and knowledgeable maintenance manager and works hard to problem solve. Thank you, Donna, for all that you do!

My boyfriend and I have been here for less
than a week and we've already encountered
major issues. First, the initial walk through
after picking up our keys was extremely
disappointing. Not only were there a bunch of
flaws, but it was filthy (a greasy hand print
and other food related filth!). Then we had
one of our vehicles towed from our carport
AFTER WE HAD ALREADY COMMUNICATED
TO THE COMPLEX THAT ONE OF OUR
VEHICLES WAS A RENTAL and wouldn't
match our actual vehicles information. We
have spent so much on moving, just to be
followed with this careless error that WE had
to pay. We had such high hopes for the Alister,
but unfortunately have been left severely
disappointed and now enraged.
