4Company has good/competitive rates, but horrible service. They are slow to respond to questions, slow to file paper work, and if you ever need to file a claim, they are useless. They basically make you do all the work, and will not fight for you if denied. They promise timely communication, but fail to deliver (as a customer of more than 4 years, I can tell you that they frequently promise to get back to me by days end, or before the afternoon, and there is no communication. I have to contact them to get the promised information).
I have been with Alkali for over 4 years now. I got my health and disability insurance through them and recently added my life and homeowner's insurance to my list of services. I highly recommend this agency. Their customer service is excellent and best of all they only quote you what you want or need.
