All American Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Midland

First interaction was good and it seemed they worked for and with me. Dissatisfied with the truck, yes it was used and my fault for not looking it over deeper. Integrity was not present, and now I see it was all about a sell. I’m now stuck with a which complicated my credit and not able to trade in. Warranty doesn’t cover the parts, found this out after a month of it sitting there. Lost jobs and opportunities. They are trained to sell and trick you right out the door

Brought my 2021 charger for some steering issues, they were quick to diagnose the problem and they called my extended warranty and got all my repairs covered, thank you midland team and thank you Jimmy one hell of a help!

Terrible customer service, when the vehicle was delivered to me, it was bad about 5 days after the day of delivery, and today, almost 3 months later, they still cannot give me the license plates of the truck, terrible treatment and terrible place
