All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of San Angelo reviews
21JJ was awesome. He went out of his way searching their inventory to find the right car for me and my daughter and still staying within budget. Left satisfied with no buyer’s remorse.
I met Cody over the internet after a search of the dealers in the are. I located several vehicles I was interested in, and he did some leg work on them. I explained my request, and he went above and beyond and found yet another deal that was better for me in the long run. They took the efforts and made my request the way I needed it.
I will recommend this location, and Cody for any needs that I hear of
The service manager (Eddie) was very polite, respectful and helpful. He called as soon as he was able to diagnose the problem with my power steering. Gave me an accurate estimate, and got the work done quickly once the part arrived.
Everyone really went above and beyond for us. It’s a pleasure to do business here. A special thanks to lsaac! See him for your next vehicle. Thanks to Coy for getting us out quickly, and to Oscar for always great customer service.
5th trip in and still not out yet. Been there a month this time. Bought the car in January and have had possession of the car 26 days. Hopeful to just get traded out sooner rather than later.
I tried to tell the story but there isn’t enough room to post this nightmare of an experience!
Big issues at this dealership. If you can’t get what you have paid at least 5-10k over MSRP for serviced, you should really consider NOT buying or going here!
They place the wrong oil in my car. They did make it right and changed it and gave me a engine air filter for free. 3 stars for the inconvenience and I had to ask to replace the engine filter and they called me and stated that needed to be changed. They wanted to offer a free car wash.
This place is exactly why my family and my father in law buys our vehicles in Dallas or Austin. They lie, don’t listen, and just waste your time. Very happy to have not got any of their overpriced vehicles. Be careful if you do buy from this place.
Both Lexi and Alex continue to affirm my conviction to always purchase and service my vehicles at All American CJD. Their professionalism exemplifies the very best and I will not consider going anywhere else.
Seriously poor service unless you are about to spend $50K+ on one of their cars, but if you are using the KBB cash option don't go here! I don't know why KBB sent me here if these guys were not going to be honest. We are a military family and the manager didn't even come say hi to us here. The salesman looking at our car couldn't even tell us what was so wrong with our vehicle and started saying random things like scratches and such. I did not run into a staff member that made me feel welcome here. Crazy service experience at a Dodge dealership. Drove my vehicle to San Antonio and sold it through KBB at another dealer for their posted cash price with zero issues. These San Angelo guys are crooked.
No communication and keep getting the run-around when contacting the dealership.not one returned phone call.
It has been well over a month and I have no vehicle, no contract paperwork, and I am expected to make a payment for a car I don't even have in my possession.
The sales rep had me come 2 hours out of town, and failed to tell me in multiple conversations the car had not gone thru shop inspection and was not ready. Did not even send accurate pictures of inside of the car. Then was dishonest and act like waiting on shop inspection paperwork. Very unprofessional customer service! There is nothing excellent about this dealership or my experience with them was Very poor!
Sold me a lemon Ram 3500 and ignoring my lawyers lemon letter. Paid over 30k over msrp plus they charged me shipping fees and my truck has been in the shop 4 times and my check engine light turned on again yesterday after it almost veered me on a ravine. All with only 50k miles and started have check engine lights at 6k miles plus lots of other issues.
Beware!
Lawyer sent a lemon letter and no reply for more than 60days
Brought my durango in for a misfire issue and they wouldn't even look at my warranty. They said I could leave it for 2 weeks and then they'll diagnose it and get me a rental. Why bother having a warranty if your dealership isn't going to help.
I’m giving them 5 stars because even though my deal didn’t work out they did their best to make it right. They did this by listening and understanding my concerns.
Great service! If you want the best, ask for Mark Smith! He will do you right!
Mark was great.
Had a service appointment 6/2/22 on new Dodge
pickup, this was scheduled for several weeks.
After driving 90 miles one way with a extea vehicle in case i had to leave it and was i was told
No parts were ordered. Y'all had my nimber and could have contacted me. This was a inconvenience especially with the price pf gas. Eddy was the service
writer, he said the mechanics quit.
Bought 2 vehicles there last year. I guess service ain't so good after the sale. From 1 to 10 service gets a 0 for no service.
Sold my truck to them on July 5 and was told as soon as my bank releases title and they have the electronic title they will give me the check for the truck. The truck is now for sale and spoke with a manager up there who told me they can sell a truck without a title they just can’t register it. I guess they know Texas laws better than a cop. Was told NUMEROUS times they had a check already cut for me they were just waiting for the electronic title. This place and one of the managers love to give you the runaround. Save yourself a headache and just go somewhere else to sell your vehicle.
I would like to personally thank the new GM Dwayne Hiser for personally texting me and getting in contact with me. He treated me like I was a person and not just a sale. He got everything accomplished in a very timely manner and if he was a sales person I would definitely go and buy my new truck from him but again thank you for getting things done for me.
This place is horrible, there's several other dealers that will give you better and more honest service if you buy from this place be prepared to be lied to and wait for weeks to receive your vehicle, I've talked to several people that had the same issue, you buy and sign the it takes weeks too get your vehicle, o just in case your wondering, excellent credit, that wasn't the case they just don't know how to be honest about what's going on with the vehicle being service
I was extremely pleased with the service I was proved from this dealership. I was taken care of right away and the time it took for me to get in and out was very impressive. I definitely recommend this dealership! I made a comment on one of their posts and shorty after we had already made a deal and the following day I was upgrading my vehicle! Big thank you to the men that made this possible
I purchased a used vehicle from them. Put money down. Was told the car would be ready Monday. Needless to say over a week later and still have no car.
