We received total transparency throughout the entire rental application process. Finding a rental can be stressful, but they kept my realtor up to date on competing applicants to be sure we submitted all of our paperwork and documents on time.

Unbelievable shoddy service. They let our HOA Franchise Tax just lapse, our insurance lapse, and then made it incredibly difficult to gain access to past records when trying to change over to a different management company.

The worst company you can ever use. I hired them to manage my 3br apartment. I wasn't notified that the tenant have left due to water leaks. They didn't even tell me after 2mths the leak happened. I had to pay 20k to my neighbor that was affected and the damage that was done. They also hire a pest company that charges 2k a month for a 1800 sft and my refrigerator was stolen from the unit. If you want to lose money and do tons of repairs. Pls hire them

Complete incompetence. Will not list the issues here, but we are 6 months into restoring our HOA and are still uncovering concerning issues.

I am a property owner and have not been able to reach anyone at All County in 3 months. My rep won't call back, my voicemails are not returned, and when i try the other extensions no one answers.my service level dropped severely since they took over from the previous property managers.

Without a doubt, you will not find a better property manager than this one. Using them makes things super-organized, responsive, and trustworthy. They recommend the best possible solutions to resolve issues and get things done in a timely manner.

Robert did a fantastic job for me figuring out comparables for properties similar to mine. I have been working with Monica and she has been very responsive and straight forward. I have no complaints.

Absolutely unprofessional. Scammy business with zero support for the owners or tenants. We have been trying to cancel our contract- due to their shady business and unauthorized charges. Since then they have ghosted us and provided zero accountability and communication. To us or the tenants.

If you are looking for a property manager look somewhere else. These guys are true scammers
