By choosing this company to manage your property will be big mistake. If you do choose it then be prepared to receive rent late and by that time you will be late making your mortgage payment. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

This company with the support of their tenant Melissa Potter scammed us out of our deposit of $3200! Please be careful in your leasing I wouldn’t want anyone else to fall victim. Our deposit was used for make ready charges. I’m so disappointed in being treated this was after being a loyal tenant for 2 years! I NEVER paid my rent late and we were taken advantage of.

All county has been managing my property in Fort Worth since 2019 they've done an excellent job collecting rent for me as well as maintaining my home I recently decided to sell the home and used them to sell my home they did an excellent job finding the best buyer and made the process smooth I recommend them as a property Management service and as real estate agents

When I still rented from All County things were great. However, after moving out we received several frivolous charges for damages we didn't cause. Even after providing proof that the damages were pre-existing this company continues to pursue these charges.

When trying to cancel a lease that has not even started yet and even though in their own contract it says “this lease begins on the commencement date and ends on the expiration date” they will try to make up an amount that does not even exist on the lease and they want to call it a release fee which is not stated anywhere in their contract. So be careful before signing a lease because God for bid something happens and you are unable to even start a lease they will try to scam you out of money. I will be contacting anyone and everyone to report this business

This company is great to work with for all property management needs. They are responsive and always try to get problems resolved in a timely matter. Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about!

The All County group located in Eagle Ranch Office Park (Boat Club Road) is a wonderful team to work with. Jonnie assisted my realtor and myself step by step thru the rental process. When I went into the office to complete paperwork both Jonnie & Kim were very professional, nice and made the entire process pleasant. Thank you both!

I wouldn't deal with these guys. Always trying to keep your deposit in the end and will try anything to do so. We waited for guy to shampoo carpets. We left and returned with another load and in the 45 minutes we were gone he had supposedly done them. We took pictures of nasty refrigerator, dried blood under it. Spots on carpet. Rust spots on ceiling where nails were. Broken blinds. Pictures galore of everything and still in the end they said it was our fault. Said they had lost the pictures we sent and so I sent more and still excuse that it didn't matter. Watch out as I heard another couple that had same experience.

Never had issues anything minor was taken care of easily. Proper management is nic and answers any questions I've had when I call.

All County has been such a dream to work with compared to others when relocating to the area. They are very nice and professional on the phone (they actually answer their phone) and address any and all questions or issues. We are very excited to lease from them and look forward to our new home.

I was not happy with this company and how they handled the situation with my rental property. I ended up with squatters living in my property for “3 months” before we could get them out. I did not feel supported and almost felt like they were working for the squatter instead of me. I would not recommend this company and suggest to look elsewhere.

As a landlord, two things I am convinced of - the termination clause is designed to hold you captive for a period of one year without recourse. If you change your mind midway due to inept poor performance or lack of professionalism, you pay a hefty penalty to the tune of $500 per unit irrespective, which in my case was $1000. Secondly they could care less about their customers views, opinions, suggestions or concerns. If your dare question Kim Miller's business practices, you will be unfairly disparaged. The greatest deterrent was the 300 Dollars application fees they charge while others charge $30 max. Best of luck dealing with this business.

Overall a poor management company, they took over the apartment we were living in sometimes in 2019 or beginning of 2020 and the quality of service went down drastically. They increased prices, started charging for renewal, and were going to start charging a water bill soon after we moved out. There was next to no response to covid or the texas freeze 2021.

We had issues of not being able tonpay final bills after moving out, were not contacted, and ended up dealing with a debt collector months later. Any communication is often polite but short responses and a sense that they don't care to deal with residents.

Do not recommend at all.
