We took our geriatric hamster in for an emergent visit for sudden abdominal bloat and we had the most caring experience with Dr. Zhang and her assistant Stacie. They both had excellent bedside manner and were very knowledgeable in his treatment plan. They not only helped with his gut dysbiosis but also made sure he was pain free. I appreciate the care and concern for our families smallest fur baby, thank you!

This review is only for beginning of admissions process, I came on Friday night with my cat, was put quickly into a room and given the paperwork, after filling it all out, the nurse who looked like she did not want to be here, informed me the wait time will be 1-2 hrs, maybe more. What? There was only one patient in the lobby. When I tried to ask more about how possible it is that the wait will be more than 2 hrs and why, she was having some attitude, at that point I didn’t want to be there. Thankfully, another pet emergency is 4 miles away, we went there and were in and out in 1 hr, and they had 3 more patients when we came in.

Every time I have been to All Pets Animal Hospital the staff has been so kind and helpful. Also when I call in on the phone the staff is so helpful and they take their time to explain everything. Rosalyn is a great groomer and Dr. Choyce is the best vet but all of the vets there are great. And a shout out to the vet tech’s because my dog Daisy is a terror when it comes to getting shots or anything. It is such a hard thing to do but they all make it easier.

I hope everyone takes the time to read this review before deciding to take their puppy. I came in December 24th at around 8pm because my puppy had been throwing up uncontrollably. They wanted to charge me an exam fee (valid) & also a parvo test which in total would’ve been $400. On December 21st I took my French bulldog to a different vet the same day I got him. I had him tested for EVERYTHING. He was parvo negative, but did come back back positive for parasites which I informed them- I also brought his medications/paperwork. The vet technician Joy convinced me it was in my best interest to surrender Rocky so that he would NO longer suffer. That he had a 20-30% chance survival rate and that hospitalization would not be worth it since he was only 8 weeks old & he had parasites eating up his insides. I went ahead and surrendered and I was/still am in shambles. Later that night Joy & I are speaking on the phone and she lets me know he came back parvo positive & that if I wanted to I could STILL fund his treatment even though I had surrendered him, which confused me because she convinced me he’d be put to sleep and that was the only reason why I surrendered him.

The next morning I call to see if I can proceed with funding his treatment & at this point I’m getting the “run around” & being told different things by different staff. I had a receptionist tell me that the doctors are working on “logistics” on their end and that they will get back to me asap. I had to constantly reach out and I feel that if he was put to sleep why couldn’t they just tell me to STOP trying. Keep in mind my constant efforts went on for days till Victoria emailed me asking when and if I had time to speak on the phone. I go ahead and call her December 27th and she informs me that because I signed a form to surrender Rocky & that I had no right to anything? That I understand, but why am I being told from other staff that I can still fund his treatment, that doctor’s will get back to me, basically giving me hope that I still had the opportunity to save him. It’s truly upsetting & im CONVINCED my puppy was robbed. I deserved better and most importantly so did Rocky.

Don't come here if you want to go home with a bird that's alive! I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS IF I COULD. We came in due to my sisters parakeet acting funny earlier in the day but was otherwise okay when we came into the clinic. We were put in a room and were told it would be 35-45 minutes for us to see a doctor. After that went by we were told by a receptionist it would be another 30 minute wait to see the doctor. At this point we were getting irritated but was willing to wait because we just wanted our bird to be okay. When the doctor FINALLY comes in and examines the bird she tells us that we need to run test and that she would give us some papers that would break down all the cost. We thought this would be the end of it but to our surprise we were sitting waiting for at least another hour at this point and my sister had to complain for them to finally come help us again. At this point we were ready to leave so we declined all test and just decided to take the medication that the doctor recommended home so we can start Mango on them so he can start feeling better. After this we were told it would be a small wait for the medication we have been waiting for 4 hours at this point so we thought this
"small wait" wouldn't be too long. Then we are left waiting for another 30 minutes until the nurse came with the medication but by that time our bird started acting really weird again and just laid there. So the doctor was called again in to the room and our Mango had died in our hands. After showing our frustration to the doctor about waiting so long we were told " these are handmade medicines and they take a little while to make" IM SURE THESE MEDICATIONS DO NOT TAKE 4 AND A HALF HOURS TO MAKE! This place needs to shut down and hope all that were involved receive the karma that they deserve for lacking such empathy and importance about our bird Mango.

I went there with my Standard Poodle Kona after she ate Vitamin D3 soft gels. It was about 2am and Dr Zangre and Joi could not have been nicer to both of us. They were professional, caring, informative and easy to interact with. Thankfully Kona did not have to be hospitalized and the treatment plan was clearly communicated. We will be returning for follow up bloodwork and exam for the next three days. Thank you for your care and Merry Christmas to Dr. Zangre and Joi.

We're grateful for Dr. Choyce and his team. We were turned away by other vets when Ruby was limping, but we were not turned away by Dr. Choyce. I recall he was on vacation, but he took the time to help us when no one else would. We're very happy with the care he's provided for our potbelly pig, Ruby. He understands how much Ruby means to us and has gained our trust with her care. I love that they understand how sensitive pigs are and Ruby's comfort is always on their mind. Overall he goes above and beyond. The facility is beautiful, very nice and clean. Thank you Dr. Choyce and team, we appreciate you all!

Everyone there was so nice and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better place to help my dog late at night. Even though my dog didn’t make it. They were so helpful. I appreciate their help and their kindness when I had to put my dog to sleep. I also received a hand written note from them about my loss. Thanks Dr. Lee and the staff.

We had had an unfortunate situation with my beloved Bandit Tuesday night as he had passed away. My husband called them and they where so helpful in this matter. They (the front desk ladies) had open arms and where so caring and took care of us when we arrived.

All Pets truly cares about their patients. I brought my kitten, Mozzarella, in for an emergency blood transfusion, but they wanted to do a few tests on her before committing to the risks of the transfusion. From there, they found that she was the wrong blood type for the blood they had in stock; however, they still tried everything they could to figure out what was wrong and how best to treat her with what little they knew. Dr. Marshall even spoke with a specialist about Mozzarella's peculiar case and prescribed medication that did seem to work at first, but they eventually referred her to an internal specialist at a different hospital as they felt they could not do anything more since the cause of her sickness was still unknown. Ultimately, Mozzarella did not make it, but I have never felt so much genuine care and concern from a pet hospital. Even with so much unknown, Dr. Marshall's notes were always extremely detailed and clear, and she would call with more information if anything else came up. I always felt comfortable calling about any concerns I had about treatment or Mozzarella's well-being, and I fully trusted Dr. Marshall and the other vet techs as well. For around 2 weeks, I was driving Mozzarella over an hour to and from All Pets everyday, but it was worth it for her to be under their care and showered with their love for her everyday. She very obviously loved them too, and I appreciate everything they did for her. Thank you, All Pets!

Out of the very few places open on a Sunday, we chose to bring our 1 year old puppy Roscoe here. They were by far very caring, gentle and supportive. He got promptly seen and treated for Parvo. They were all just very genuinely caring! And the price (s) weren't near as high as we were expecting. This will be our go-to ER Vet in the future. First impressions/trip were really good! And good news, over a week later, Roscoe survived the Parvo and is back to his healthy self!

I took my husky here a little over a year ago. Little did I know, it was going to be the last time I was going to be able to see her again.

Naturally it was an extremely hard time for me and my family. My mother couldn’t bear to leave our dog alone for too long but the staff there did a lot to make sure my dog and family were taken care of. Never have I been around so many kind, loving and caring people. Forgive me though, I tried to write a review last year but my emotions were all over the place.

They care about your pets here. If I ever have another animal I will forever bring them here. Thank you

It’s been a few months since I last visited All Pets but my last experience went very well. My senior dog had an upset stomach so I took her in, they ran some tests, did an exam, etc. They were very kind and attentive. Dr Zangre and Leslie helped us out.

I found my kitten in the grass with blood coming out of his mouth. We brought hum here, but it was too late. The staff was so sweet and kind. They cleaned our little Kiwo up and put him in a box for us. They seemed like they genuinely cared. I don't know what kind of prices they have, but I do know they care.

My dog Rico passed away after 16 years and you handled his cremation. The memory print I received was heart warming. I miss him so much. I hope you dealt with him with compassion
