Best experience I’ve ever had with a towing company in my life. I became completely frantic when I found myself stuck horizontally in the middle of a 2 lane road. After failed attempts of jumping my car as well as trying to push the car out of the street, I decided towing was my only option. That’s when I gave Tex Towing a call. The lady who answered my call was extremely sweet and let me know She had a driver who could get to me in ten minutes. The driver, David, showed up quickly and immediately assessed the issue. While trying to get my car in a position where he could get it on his bed, he was able to diagnose the problem. Instead of towing me to the mechanic like I had requested, he voiced that this was a very easy fix that costed maybe $15. He was able to get my car temporarily in drive and had me follow him to Orileys so I could buy the part and he could replace it for me. When I tell you that he went completely out of his way for me, I mean COMPLETELY. He could’ve just towed me to the auto shop like I requested and went on about his day but he didn’t. He was working on my car in the parking lot of Orileys for about 20-30 minutes dripping sweat but eager to fix this issue for me and he did just that! I don’t think I have enough words to explain how great David was. I cannot rave about him or this towing company enough! Thank you Tex Towing and thank you David for turning my terrible day around. You helped me save so much money by intervening and sharing your knowledge with me. You deserve all the good things that may come your way… hopefully even a raise! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are truly a blessing from God!

David is a literal life saver. Instead of just picking up the gate and taking it to a mechanic, he checked under the hood and stated that it was an easy fix. Went out of his way to find the cheap part that was needed and helped put it on as well. 10/10.

They would not release my vehicle even though I had my proof of insurance and I’d. I had to call the police for them to release my vehicle. The police officer says this company does this all the time. There is a reason there reviews are what they very run down building l. Staff is very rude. The owner was laughing he enjoyed being unprofessional and illegally holding my vehicle. I have never had an experience like this before.

This tow yard was as rude as they come, never calling us back to tell us we had an appointment, when we did set one the office lady decided not to tell anyone else that we had an appointment so when we showed up we had to wait over an hour and a half. I didn't know tow yards did appointments anyway.the first day is 326 and when you ask they snap at you.
