Had a part for my Dyson when no one else did including Dyson. I called and the gentleman had the part ready for me when I walked in. Very nice!

Bought a Sebo Felix Premium here today and couldn't be happier! It works much better than any Dyson or Shark I have ever owned and has a 10 year warranty to back it up. Powerful suction, long cord, brush roll on/off, perfect for a small apartment or house!

Our central vac went out after 24 years. I have always enjoyed the central vac and wanted to get a replacement. Joseph was able to replace it for us. He was absolutely wonderful and made me remember what it is like to have excellent service. I am most impressed with the vacuum too. I highly recommend this company.

I thought by reading the reviews this guy Joseph would be trustworthy instead he charges me over $100. He didn’t fix vacuum it still wasn’t picking up so I took it back, then he tells me you lost a part and blames me for a part that’s missing, he says “I’ll order the part and I didn’t hear from him for 2 weeks, later I call him he says “can’t find the part”! Unbelievable,! Don’t waste time or money on this scammer! He’ll try and sell you other vacuums and will refuse to fix the one he was supposed to fix. Unprofessional, he doesn’t return phone calls

I drove way out of the way to get vacuum bags and they were closed. It says on website closes at 5pm and it’s now 4: 15pm. So frustrating!

We "cold called" this business from the internet and could not have been happier with the results! Joseph immediately starting walking us through a troubleshooting sequence on our 20 yr old central vacuum unit. After about 3 steps, he knew the issue. He told us a replacement was on sale and we knew this was truly a discount from a little prior research. He then made a special trip to Fair Oaks Ranch the very next morning. After replacing the unit he then installed 3 outlets for us that were worn out and he only charged us for the main unit. Super nice guy and was constantly answering work calls while he was working. As former business owners, we could easily see this man cares about his customers and his reputation. Would give 6+ stars if we could.
