Called to ask questions about limousine services. Super Rude People! Zero customer Service! Lady hung up on me while I was still talking. They treated me like I was wasting their time. Look elsewhere.called another limo service and they were super kind and helpful. They offered me better pricing, better looking, and newer vehicle's.

I called to ask some questions about their services and the man who answered was answering my questions frustrated and as if my questions about their services bothered him. He was super rude and unprofessional. This business should not even be in business if they don't know how to carry themselves.

Terrible customer service and terrible policies about nonrefundable charges. The customer service individual did not forward my contract to me directly or discuss with me beforehand their policies. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Go elsewhere. Shady business.

They really do have the best fleet in the RGV. They picked up my daughter for her quinceñera and thr party bus was AMAZING They had a blast! Thank you All Valley Limousine!

Great service and great customer relations. At the last minute, I decided to get a limo for my daughter. It was her wedding and I wanted to surprise her. The owner was very nice and he was able to provide a limo. Any concerns I had, he was able to provide the service to satisfy us. Thank you

Was on hold for over 20 minutes then the lady hangs up on me after I told her I’ll call back. They are not customer service focused.

So rude, called for information first lady put me on hold I was in hold almost 5 minutes the a second lady awnser so I told her needed info on there limos and she was so rude & like in a hurry 1 min to just give me info in 2 limos didn't even give me chance to see if I whanted to schedule one I'll take my money some were else " they need a class in customer service "

All valley limousine in reference to All Valley limousine I know it was a hot day but was hoter than hell in limousine and driver said we pushed the wrong button for ac really cannot give a no star rating oh well buyer beware. Their customer service is non exsistent I thought it was a better company. The limousine showed up 15 mins late because driver said it was our responsability provide better instuctions on how to arrive.

We rented a vehicle and it was really late because the driver told us they are more important than their customers basically. The driver said he had to squeeze us into the schedule but the company never told us that

We found out our limouisne was not available the day before and never were informed they like to overbook and try and put you into other vehicle and keep money do not ever trust them

Is the worst place you could rent a Limo or party bus they are so unprofessional people includIng the owner they gave my rental to someone else they did even called me to let me know. And in the contact it did not says anything you have to paid 30 days before.
