Fantastic staff here! Very personable! Really like the rooftop top pool! Lots of floorplans to chose from! Great location!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Lived here 3 years ago. They will steal your security deposit and charge you upwards of $900 on top of it, not send you any information on why, then send it to debt collectors to harass you. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. Renter beware, they don’t care about you, just your money.

The below review about the maintenance issue has still not been resolved. Putting this on the internet in hopes it will be fixed. The maintenance issue is our external doors. They have not been locked for over 4 months now. One of the employees even went on maternity leave and came back and it was still not fixed.
We pay to live at a place with security and the doors have been broken during both Taste of Addison and Oktoberfest. Ridiculous.
My roommate and I have gone to the office several times to complain and ask for updates. We were told 2 months ago that they got the new fobs and now were just waiting on everyone to get their new fobs and couldn’t lock the doors until then. We asked why they can’t just put them in the mailboxes and they told us they couldn’t.
Today I went to the office because my garage door wasn’t working and asked about it again. They told me that now they are waiting on the contractor or something but they still couldn’t give us a date on when it would be fixed.
I have also contacted corporate about this and they have never responded. This is not the first time corporate has not been responsive to us.
This is absolutely unacceptable and I expect to be compensated for the lack of security I’ve been paying for for the past several months.

I had a wonderful experience at Allergo Apartments that I'm excited to share. The attention to detail in the apartment's design was impressive, offering both comfort and functionality. The management team was friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns. The amenities provided, from the fitness center to the communal spaces, added to the overall appeal. The convenient location made daily commuting a breeze. If you're seeking a well-maintained and comfortable living space with excellent service, Allergo Apartments is a top choice.

We've been residents of Allegro for many years. In that time, with "issues" that have popped up, we've had excellent response time from the office and the maintenance crew. In fact, the maintenance crew here is STELLAR! Those three gentlemen are always prompt, knowledgable, and get the jobs done well. We are so grateful and impressed by them!

There has been a maintenance issue in the building for 2 MONTHS now and they still have not fixed it. Duct tape is their resolution.

My roommate and I also moved apartments (literally 1 door down) so we could see when they were cleaning out our apartment.
I'm extremely allergic to cats, so before we signed the lease, I had them confirm they replace the carpet after every tenet, which they said they did.

Fast forward to us moving a unit down, we watch them tear out the carpet. We were then charged for "carpet cleaning"as well as a million other things ($250 for water damage on the stove that was there before, etc.). When we went down to the office we were told this was a Greystar issue and they would not be able to help us so gave us the contact information for Jessica Flores. This was in January. It is now mid July. We have contacted her maybe every 2 weeks both by phone and by email and she has called us back once when we were unavailable and left a voicemail.

We talked to her once on the phone and she said she had no new information and would reach back out when she did. We have followed up with her sending voicemails and emails I don't know how many times. We have been trying to get this resolved to no avail.

A bit dirty. Carpet inside building has odor and pretty dirty. Parking garage is dark and unsecure. Elevator filthy. Mark on walls and carpet. Loud neighbors. For the price, thought it would be nicer

Cons: minus three stars for
Rent: Over market rate for 2br
Amenities: below average - outdated gym, dirty grills, broken firepit all winter. Advertises bungalow rental but inflates prices during holidays.
Electric: 140-180 for 2br during peak summer/winter.
Maintenance: orders promptly completed, rarely is actually fixed, more of a bandaid.

This complex had a full renevation but only to improve the curb appeal by adding faux brick and new layer of paint. All original floors, cabinets, countertops and most importantly windows and doors Never replaced.

Compare to the Post which at the least had replaced windows and doors on the units for energy efficiency!

Pros: water pressure is good, the interior hallways are air conditioned, garage parking might be available. Elevator always works (unlike at the post)

The Allegro is a great complex close to the heart of Addison Circle. There are six restaurants within a five minute walk as well as three parks plus a dog park including the spectacular Addison Circle park. The apartments in the Allegro vary from quiet to noisy depending upon their location and proximity to the DNT. There are two decently equipped gyms that are seldom busy. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been resolved very quickly, the apartment is extremely nice and to be in Addison and the price we were able to get a two bedroom it’s a steal. The area is very walkable with dog parks, restaurants, dry cleaners and a little bodega. The pet fee is a little steep compared to other places but the monthly pet rent is about average! Regardless very fun place to live.

I should add, if you’re someone who expects 10 acre quietness this won’t be your place to stay. Its an apartment aka a communal space so there will be noise (kids in courtyard etc) however since moving in, my unit is on the inner edge closest to the freeway and yet I hear minimal to no freeway noise, the kids are kids and play during the day (again communal living) and my neighbors are pleasant and haven’t been loud. So while you won’t be able to go into full zen, the noise isn’t as many say.

I love the view off of my patio on the fourth floor, my apartment is extremely spacious, and I love the layout. Overall, this place is amazing.
