My family (pre teen kids and two adults) have been coming to Dr Parker for the past 7yrs. Great service, clean office/facilities and very punctual. The office staff are fantastic, go the extra mile to answer insurance questions and are a great help when it comes to scheduling the visits.

Since we live in Austin, I had decided to change to a local dentist, but their care just did not measure up. So now I would rather drive from Austin to continue to receive dental care here! Awesome practice. Everybody is so friendly and accommodating, and I cannot say enough for the expertise. Thank you, Allen Family Dental!

An Ivy League dentist! I visited Dr. Torrens Parker for the first time and I had a wonderful experience from the beginning until the end. The girls in the reception were friendly, and all the team made sure to provide a pleasing, and relaxing time: specially her assistant! I loved how they were also taking care of my lips while doing the procedure! Sometimes visiting the dentist can be stressful, but you’ll be in the right hands here! I will definitely come back from NYC to have my annual checkup with her and her team! PS: they also speak Spanish!

Una Dra. De la Ivy League! Visité a la Dra. Torrens Parker por primera vez y tuve una experiencia maravillosa de principio a fin. Las chicas de la recepción fueron amigables y todo el equipo se aseguró de proveer un momento placentero y relajante, especialmente su asistente. Amé como también estaban cuidando mis labios durante el procedimiento. A veces, puede ser estresante visitar al dentista pero aquí estarás en las mejores manos. Definitivamente volveré desde NYC para mis consultas anuales con ella y su equipo. PS: también hablan español.

They are always on time. I never have to wait past my appointment time. The service was quick and comprehensive. The hygienist was personable and informative. I'd recommend Allen Family dental to anyone.

I made an appointment at Allen Family Dental for a second opinion on a gum concern. My experience from pre visit to the end of my consult was excellent. Each person I interacted with was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Parker took the time to answer all of my concerns. I came in for a second opinion, but left as a permanent patient.

I'm so happy to have found Allen Family Dental. The staff here are amazing & friendly. They make you feel at ease & my experience with them has been very positive. I'm highly afraid of dentist & hadn't been to one in over 10 years & really needed to go have a checkup. After my first visit they referred me to a specialist to have a wisdom tooth removed & I loved that referral. I have been back for my cleanings & not afraid of this dental office at all. I highly recommend them especially if you have a fear of dentist like I did. They will take great care of you & make sure to explain everything they are doing & what your cost after insurance will be before they do any work. So thankful to have found a dentist for all my dental needs!
