Allergy & Asthma Consultants reviews
12Dr. Peters is very nice, but I never received a call after my allergy testing. They called my husband and let him know that my results were negative. Not sure about their testing either - have experienced really bad allergies since moving here - no idea how I could have tested negative here after testing positive at 2 other places and receiving shots that were helping. This was my third allergist because I wanted someone closer and now I will need to find another person who can help.
There online website for ordering allergy drops never works and I report it ever time I order and yet an entire year later the website still doesn’t work. Nor do they allow you to even leave a message after hours, how am I supposed to get a call in when I have a job and their phones are only available during business hours. I used to be able to leave a message but now they can’t even do that right.
Worst staff working in the front.doctor forgot to sign on the prescription. I had to call at least four times in order to get in touch with someone and each time they put me on hold for 30 minutes for something that they can take care of from their end.
Extremely rude staff in the front and super lazy.every time I called, I got nothing but bad attitude while my problem was super easy to handle which is the doctor forgetting to sign the prescription and they could’ve easily handle that with the pharmacy.
Dr. Vigo is excellent! I’ve been coming here for years and have nothing but positive things to say about their services. The lack of injection hours on Wednesday was a change, but I was able to adjust accordingly.
Dr. Peters is such a thoughtful, caring physician. I truly feel like he is on my side. If you're looking for a thorough evaluation with a fantastic listener, I highly recommend him!
Dr. Gutierrez is amazing but the front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. They have you play useless games of phone tag, and you need to fight them on stuff as simple as writing down the pharmacy I want that medication sent too. Could easily be an email, its like their stuck in the 80s.
They force me to pay online now which is less convenient than handing my credit card to the receptionist once a month since I have to go in anyways for my injections. When I asked the receptionist if she could run my card like they always used to do she rudely told me that she's too busy and can't help me.
If you are looking to find employment here DO NOT WORK HERE. They terminated me because they said it was “too fast paced”. Gave me no valid explanation or clarification. I showed up everyday determined and ready to work and took a ton of notes. I always asked for feedback on my performance but was never provided any. Everything is manual and they expect you to remember every little detail within a matter of weeks. They seem like nice people but will laugh at you and not with you. You are truly overworked and under paid. Not worth the amount of stress they put you through as a front desk receptionist.
Dr. Paul Vigo and his colleagues discriminate against patients with disabilities. They are breaking the law, and they don't care. Do not go to them.
Gave the front desk my insurance 6 weeks ago…show up today and they still can’t tell me how much the testing procedure is going to be? Not liking the front office experience, here overall. Everyone seems checked out. I should have checked the other reviews here first before making a decision to go here.
Dr Paul Vigo is awesome. Nurses conducting allergy shots is hit or miss.
What's very frustrating is their voicemail hasn't been updated for about a year so it's impossible to know when they are closed, their hours, or leaving a message for them.
Also frustrating is that I and others specifically chose this location because they offered Saturday allergy shots and then they just abruptly stopped it. It was a pretty good incentive to go, now it's just like everywhere else.
