Allergy & ENT Associates, Baytown TX

I'm a new patient, so this is the first time I've met the staff and Dr. Shaw. I was impressed with how friendly and personable they all were. Dr. Shaw was patient with me as I told him my long case history and my most recent struggles with a severe allergy infection that would just not go away and even put me in the hospital because doctors feared a latent infection somewhere because of high temp and cough the allergies were causing. I'm glad I decided to see Dr. Shaw.

Horrible experience with Dr. Abbassi… makes you wait way too long then is quick to leave and extremely rude for no reason. Their job is to make money so expect referrals but no diagnosis.

I have had 2 appointments for allergy testing. Got my results and prescription on 2nd visit. Seen by Monique Allman, PA. She was very efficient and explained everything very well. The staff is friendly.

The Doctors are extremely knowledgeable very very easy to talk to and they answered all of my questions. And the staff is awesomeI totally recommend them 100%

I wish i could give 0 stars. Took $800 from me in January because they thought i hadnt hit my deductible (i had). No big deal, please refund my money. They won't answer me unless i go in to the office. My insurance company is involved and have tried reaching out to them several times with nobody getting back to them. They are quick to take money but not refund it. I went back up there today, it’s being escalated again, the ball is now in the office managers, Heather Taylor, court. My insurance company now has an investigator to help get this resolved. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Ever thing when fine. Ever one was nice an Dr. Abbassi was very knowledgeable an helpful.

I have been using this practice for my allergy issues for over 10 years.everyone is this location is always super nice and attentive, and they listen and try to do their best according to my needs and my wishes. The front office staff is second to none.

Dr. Abassi has a great sense of humor and makes his patients feel comfortable about being in his office, knowing the Dr. 's office is the last place they want to be. He definitely explains each step he plans to go through to get you the help you need to make you feel better quickly.

Excellent experience. Very informative and great bedside manner. I highly recommend this office. Monique Allman is phenomenal!

Took my daughter for allergy testing. They are so kind and patient. Made my daughters experience very positive. From the Doctor to the Nurses they were all wonderful.

Unfortunately they could not help me. However, everyone was very kind and professional and the Doctor there took the time to make sure I received a referral to a specialist!

Legalized robbery.

This place made me go to four appointments before scheduling a single surgery.

They told me to come in to go over my surgery before they could schedule it. When I went in, All the doctor told me was I needed to see another doctor in their practice.

They will look for any excuse to overbill people. I'm not even sure if anyone working here went to medical school

Also said they would contact me about my experience and haven't. Don't trust these people.

I've been bringing my two oldest children here for a couple of years and brought my youngest in today for the first time. Doctor Abassi was as friendly as always, giving us options and respecting my decision regarding my son. Aside from this visit, I bring my oldest son in weekly for shots. The entire staff is always very friendly and attentive. We have never had a bad experience at Allergy & ENT Associates.
