19I had a great experience at this office. Each staff member I came into contact with was caring and professional. Best part was Dr. Basavaraju took her time with me and made me feel she really cared and was listening. She is willing to keep searching for a diagnosis for me despite it being a difficult task.
Dr. Basavaraju and her staff are always very professional and kind. I definitely trust her advice and would recommend her to anyone suffering from allergies.
Dr. Basavaraju is amazing, she was able to tell me my life story/med history without me telling her anything. Lol I was in awe. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend to anyone!
I always get great help and answers to my health issues. I am so thankful to have Dr. BASAVARAJU as my doctor and the staff are so amazing, they have shown me concern when I've not been my best.

I visited the office as new patient. They charged $170.00 for the visit and I paid in full.lab/blood work etc were done during my visit. It has been more then 2 weeks and no update on the lab results. I have left multiple VM and they never return the call. I cannot reach them by phone as it always goes to VM. How am I supposed to know the results? Total waste of time and money.
Dr. Basavaraju was very thorough in the examination and polite, she explained my illness very simply and in.a way even a child could understand. She had greater concerns for my overall health and even went out of her way to get other issues I had been ignoring out in the spotlight. Thank you for fitting me into your busy schedule.

It’s ALWAYS good when we can see Dr. Basavaraju! She explains things thoroughly and gives us HOPE for an end to his hives by including statistics of general patients’ responses. We hope my husband is one of her successes!
