Just signed on with ACU so time will tell. Took much longer than expected because of printer issues but Vickie was easy to get along with and answered all my questions. Will update in a few months after experiencing service.

Update: This bank has been a nightmare and it has not even been a month! First, getting bill pay set up required I have a meltdown due to ten phone calls back and forth between the bank and the bill pay service provider for two entire weeks. A complete meltdown! Second, I was not told about the 12 day hold on deposits for the first 30 days! 12 freaking days! I am going back to my bank once all the pending charges clear and all holds are released! I would never recommend this bank to anyone!

Great staff who were not only professional and smiling but down to earth and treated me kindly during my visit. The atmosphere was that of small town banking where I grew up in Childress, Texas. This bank is HORRBILE! The bank tellers are very slow. I got here before some of the other customers and they left before me. If I could, I wouldn't give this bank any stars
