I had an appointment which I learned 1 thing. This doctor does not know how to treat thyroid problems. Over the years I have seen 4 doctors for my Hashimoto’s. I had been put on 35 mcg of cytomel due to a conversion problem and 90 mg of Armour Thyroid. This doctor first told me your not supposed to take T4 meds with T3 meds which is definitely wrong and she also told me my T3 med (Cytomel) was to high which is also wrong. Again, 4 other doctors agreed my dosages were right. If you have a thyroid problem please don’t use this doctor if you want to feel better. I had to come back and post more since the doc posted below me. The doctor says I am going to different doctors seeking pain meds. This is not true. I’m not on any pain meds and did not ask this doctor for any. The doctor also said I told her my daughter was an endocrinologist which I also did not do. The doctor said to me that I can’t be on T3 and T4 medications together. This is also wrong. To verify you can check with any other endocrinologist.

I went there for the first time today and I am so impressed with Dr. Uppalapati. I would highly recommend this place.
