Alliance Garage and Gates, Roanoke TX

We have used Alliance Garage and Gates for the last several years. They are always professional. They always meet their commitments snd arrive when they are scheduled. We would always recommend them and give them 5 stars.

Recently my mother came home and her garage door would not open. I called Alliance Garage and Gates and talked to Cody. I told him we have a problem and he committed to come by the next morning. I got a text saying he was about 20 minutes out and before I got to the house he was there and had already looked at the door and determined what needed to be done. The door spring broke and then the door got damaged where the rollers attached. He recommend replacing the door and the spring. He told me he could not match the current door since it was no longer made and ask me if I was willing to consider also changing the other door (Single) my parents have a 3 car garage. He gave me a price and told me he needed to check to see when they could get to it. The price was good for a new spring one single and one double door new rails, new rollers etc. I told him that was great when could he installed. He told me he would give me a call later. He followed up and said the crew would be there the next day between 9AM -11AM. The showed up at 9AM and went to work. The completed the job about 11: 30. My mom told me they were very courteous and professional. I give them 5 Stars the did a great job, the team was awesome and my 88 year old mother was pleased and I never had to who up on install day. If you need garage work done I would highly recommend Alliance Garage and Gates and Cody.

Cody was amazing! He got my old garage door opener working again. He warned me the unit is old and is probably on its last legs, but he got me a little more time. I’ll definitely use him for all future garage door issues. Highly recommend!
