Alliance MRI of The Woodlands

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE five stars, I would. Absolutely one of the most painful experiences I've endured. They do not provide appropriate hearing protection like other facilities; instead I was given cheap ear plugs that didn't even function. I stopped the MRI after 5 minutes to report the excruciating ear pain and readjust the plug, and the tech did not offer any additional protection. Even readjusted the cheap ear plug didn't help with 45 minutes of what felt like torture. Profits over health, imagine that. I will never use this facility again. If you must use this place, please take your own ear plugs and protective equipment. MRIs can damage hearing! I still have a headache and impaired hearing in one ear after one week post MRI.

Oh where do I start? Heather my MRI Tech was fantastic and made my experience a positive one. This was my second attempt at having my MRI (freaked out the first time) so I was a bit apprehensive going in. The front desk staff (Abigail & Nelly) were professional & courteous and had a welcoming disposition. My MRI Tech Heather was able to curve MY nervousness & anxiety with simply having me wear an eye mask. Sounds simple but it really was like having someone hold my hand to calm me. Wonderful experience but, I do hope this is my first & only visit.

Everyone was very nice from check in to check out! Everything went quickly & smoothly.

No waiting, staff extremely caring and pleasant. The only place to go if you need fast results. Highly recommend Alliance MRI for your imaging needs!

All the staff are professional & friendly. I had an X-ray done, the service was quick. I also waited less than 5 minutes for my disc to be printed.

When I was given orders for an MRI and told to go to the local hospital, I was shocked to find out the hospital couldn’t schedule me for an MRI until the end of the following week. I started calling around to imaging centers in The Woodlands. No one picked up or I got voicemail. But, when I called Alliance MRI, someone picked up almost immediately and I was actually able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. Everything went super smoothly, and the report was sent very promptly to my ortho specialist. I was also given a disk of the images for my follow up appointment. I’m so happy I found Alliance and was able to get in and out so quickly and painlessly for my MRI.
