It was my first time using this company and I am so happy I did. The technician, Blue was punctual which is a plus for me. He explained the job in detailed and cleaned up after the job was done. I was impressed that he double checked to make sure the bathtub faucet and the bathroom sink were functioning properly. The pricing was affordable and I would definitely use Blue, the technician and this company again.

We just had a major breakage in our sewer line and called Alliance. Johnny and Alfredo were out that afternoon to assess the situation, and digging started the next morning. It turned into a bigger job than anticipated with multiple breakages under the house, but Alliance took care of everything with the skill and professionalism we’ve come to expect over fifteen years of relying on them to help us through multiple plumbing emergencies. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Scott was very professional, prompt service. This company does charge $300 to fix float valve. We are seniors and my husband is disabled. A bit high, what choice did I have I can't do it.
