Allied Foundation, Deer Park TX

I'm very pleased with the foundation repair Allied Foundation performed in my house. Now my doors open, close and lock as they are supposed to. They also made sure to clean all the area after they completed the job. Thank you.

I had Allied Foundation put in 37 piers under my house recently. They were so well organized, it was almost like a military operation. I’m very impressed. The very first day, they did almost all the tunneling, and began putting in piers. The second day they installed all the piers. The third day was for waiting for the city inspector, putting the soil back, at least as much as would fit, and cleanup. It was an amazing process to watch. Allied Foundation was very efficient and thorough, and the communication with the supervisor on site was great. They were a referral to me from a neighbor, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had foundation work scheduled for months. The day before, it was canceled by text message. It took hours to get an explanation, which turned out to be something that no one communicated to me in the months while I was on the schedule waiting for the work, nor in the last few days when I had two confirmations of the appointment, and something that could not be resolved by the next day. Very poor customer service, lack of communication, and mixed messages.

Prompt. Professional. Cleaned the job up better than I have ever seen. Price was very fair. City inspector even mentioned how good of a company and reputation they have. I hope I never have foundation issues again but if I do I will only use Allied. I have used Olshan in the past and they were more expensive and less caring about the work.

Allied Foundation was referred to me by a family member. My home was the 5th home that Allied repaired the foundation in our family. They did a very god job from the first call all the way to completion. They explained every step that we took and repaired damage caused by previous flooding. I feel very safe knowing they took care of our home with respect and care as if it was their own home.

Andy Ramos came out and checked out my house and helped me get all the warranty paperwork for my house and has really helped me get this issue in the process of getting resolved and get me in the right direction to have my house sitting level again! The workers are very focused on their work. Adolfo and Felix were incredibly professional and were able to answer all my questions and put me at ease. I had 22 Piers installed inside the house so this was a big job. They show up on time and you can tell the entire team is working together. They take careful measurements. It just shows they know what they are doing. My only recommendation is for the company to call the customer and go over the details of the project in advance. Zoom meetings work great. I work as a manger for one of the largest companies in my field so that’s just the manager coming out in me. Five stars without a doubt. Thank you Adolfo, thank you Felix.

My husband and I were referred to several foundation companies. After meeting with many.only one of those companies seem to genuinely care about our needs. That company was Allied Foundation and to our surprise we got an appt.right away. Once we met with Jacob at Allied we knew this was the company for us. Jacob came out on our initial visit, inspected the foundation & gave us his recommendations on the work needed. He was on time, polite, very professional and clearly explained the process and gave us a quote. Once he left our home we felt as if he was a old family friend. Jacob is truly an asset to the company. I wish all customer reps were like him.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. I was needing my foundation leveled and turned to Allied seeing as they had done previous work on my house and it was still under warranty. On multiple occasions before the work began I told them they had previously tunneled underneath the house the fix the foundation the previous time and they made it seam like this would be the same case the second time around. To my surprise I come home that day to massive holes in my tile all over my home. When I called the company they informed me that whoever did the estimate/whoever was in charge of the crew would have explained everything to me. This of course did not happen otherwise I would have cancelled the entire job. Only thing the crew manager gave me was the contract where tunneling was checked off on. Only reason I went with these guys is because I was supposedly getting warranty work but it certainly doesn't feel like that. It is going to cost me at least $20,000 to have my tile ripped up and new floors installed. The company was supposed to call me back but that of course hasn't happened. Someone at this company needs to get back to me ASAP because I at least need an explanation on how this could happen.
