Allington Dental, Midland TX

They sat me in the x ray room to wait mind you I just came in and they had me sit in a room that was like this and then after X-rays the had me wait an hour I was the only person there and then had me wait 1hr and 30 minutes and upped the price 3 times I would not come here the staff is not understanding or professional there was one nice one not sure of her name but I think it started with a M and she had glasses save yourself the trouble and time the try to pressure you into things even after you tell them no SAVE your money this place is HORRIBLE not to mention had me sit in a room where there was someones previous blood.

I give it two stars because they have a good hygienist but the dentist is very unprofessional. My father's tooth was pulled out after 30 seconds of giving him the anesthetic disk, it hurt a lot and the tooth never fell asleep. There were options to save the tooth and she did not recommend any. She was only with him for a minute in the office.

This dental place sucks. We were there for almost 2 hrs, only for them to tell me that I had to come back n a month to schedule another appointment. The waiting room was so cold, my daughter was so cold! Nope. Close this place down

This place is not as bad but could work on their waiting time. Overall good place to get work done prices are cheaper than other places forsure

This was the dental office we originally tried to get into. Made an appointment for a consultation when my son had an emergency regarding his teeth. My husband took him and sat for at least an hour and a half before they finally told him they couldn't see our son because we had no insurance show up in their search. (They had misentered something). We decided we weren't going back ever. Fast forward almost a year later and I get a call/message that they had scheduled me for a cleaning without my consent. I've never even been to them! I freaked out because I thought someone stole my insurance information somehow. Nope. Just their system making appointments for people who don't go with them. I had the receptionist delete my family's information and I will NOT go to them OR refer people I know to them. Their system is jacked and their staff are incompetent.

For braces: horrible place to go! Let’s start with day one, 5 brackets fell off within a matter of two hours! Called and they said it was “what I ate” mind you I didn’t even eat anything because I had to go straight to work! Had the braces on for 1 year and the dentist said I was finish with treatment (still paying monthly to this day) got measured for retainers, will still having braces on which made no sense! They fit extremely loose was put a permanent retainer for my top teeth which fell out last week. Been calling from that day till now.still haven’t got call back, been calling but no answer (both midland & Odessa location) no call back, nothing! Doctor rushes throw appointment & treatment and is there simply for money! Wait time is horrible and the only time they will give you outstanding service is when corporate is in the office and they want to make a good impression! Don’t waste your money! Cheaper is not always better!

Very slow. They will charge you a no-show fee or cancel your appointment if 5 mins late. But if you show up on time at the time of the appointment and make you wait for two-three hours before even going back. Very dirty. Place is a joke

Horrible Service! Paid $90 to just have them look at my sons tooth and they said they would proscribe him Antibiotics which is what he needs for infection. They told me to take him to ER for his infection cause he is running fever still thinking I’m getting antibiotics cause she never said she wasn’t going to. Wait 3 hours later calling them 20 x just to tell me she will not be prescribed me any medicine for my son because I need to take him to the ER. I have taken him to the ER before what do they usually tell you to go to a Dentist SMH paid $90 just for them to tell me to go to ER and no medications prescribed for him. Would not recommend.

WORST FRONT DESK! THE CLINIC STINKS, BOTH ODESSA AND MIDLAND. DISGUSTING CHISMOSA FRONT DESK THAT WILL TALK ABOUT PATIENTS AND VIOLATE HIPPAA LAW! I have never seen such a facility that harass patients so much! Monique and her crew that runs the front are the worst people that ever existed!

IT SUCKS DR. WANG, IS ONE OF THE BEST ORTHO THERE IS IN PERMIAN AND HE HAS TO WORK IN THIS FACILITY!

Very nice place. Doctors and receptionist are friendly and helpful. It’s very clean. I had a tooth extraction there and procedure took just few minutes. No bruises or anything.

I have had great experience here with getting my teeth and mouth back into great shape. They take their time and explain what needs to be done and the cost.

Find a different dentist. I tried to give them a chance because they’re close to my office. First appointment was over three hours and all they did was X-rays. Second appointment was over two hours just for a cleaning. I was assured by the office manager that they’d do better on my third appointment, so I took time off of work and booked a two hour appointment to have my cavities filled. Nearly two hours into my appointment and no one had touched my teeth then I was told that they wouldn’t be able to finish all of my cavities because they were closing soon. I gave them three chances and they failed every one of them. Learn from my mistake and save yourself countless hours of waiting.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the Dental Assistant and other staff were very patient with the babies and made them
feel comfortable.
