If i could give this company a 0 I would. We bought a transmission from them and after the 30 day window for free shipping, they are telling us we have to pull back out and pay shipping to and from when their item was faulty (back gasket leaking). I have never heard such a thing. My company would never do that to a customer if it was our product. I hope everyone watches out for this company. They sketchy. They didnt want to help my son when he first called, told him to fix it himself it would be cheaper. And that his warranty would be up in a couple of months. Customer services is the worst yet!

They send you junk transmissions and won’t pay shipping when it’s there fault they built it (twice) …. Guess I lose they got my money right ……. Save your time and money go else where

Placed an order and it seems the shotty website and company took my money

it was charged to the acct showed processing on the website then it dissappered
tried emailing them to no aval

Received an emailed order confirmation immediately after placing my order. Unfortunately I received no further communication after that. Three days after placing my order I gave them a call inquiring about the status of my order and was informed that my order had been canceled due to no stock on the item. Now I have a truck in my shop waiting on a part that was never going to arrive.

Poor communication.

I repeat do not buy parts off these guys legit just wasted 500 bucks and countless hours of my time for a junk rebuild kit thanks for the quality garbage Allstate and I bet I won’t see a dollar back bc the customer service is junk just an update every nv4500 synchro slips bearings were so chunky feeling they barely turned when at. 002 end play shaft had burrs on it snap rings break and they are so cheap with them they apparently can’t afford to grove you a couple spares do not buy from these ppl customer service is trash no one has tried to reach back out to me I’ll be posting this terrible on my YouTube platform that has over 700k followers and viewers I will let ppl know not to buy from this china part dump

I recently got a transmission shaft that came with the right sticker in the right box, but was the wrong shaft. Kent was super helpful and got the correct shaft ordered and sent my way. It arrived while I was on vacation and I checked it this morning, all looks good!

Steve at Allstate is very rude. Argued with me for minutes about a part being in my rebuild kit for nv4500. Called Mr a liar numerous times

I read a lot of reviews, I have to say so far i am impressed. I was told my parts would ship within 2 days, They had them shipped the next day with the tracking #. Ups said they will be here in 2 days so i am really liking the service. This truck plows a lot of snow and is very much needed in our business. Thanks for getting these parts out so quick.

Ordered an t-case input shaft for my set up on a Saturday, it shipped on Monday, received it Wednesday. Parts fit on both ends as expected. Super Fast shipping, Wide selection of parts and saved $90 compared to competitor prices on same part.

Didn't receive item ordered.rude guy on phone never so much as offered to try to track down order. Definitely stay away from this company

I have ordered parts from Allstate 3 times now. First and second time it was for my NV5600 transmission and received all parts correctly. I ordered a part on 1/05 and got it I'm 1/06 and the part was correct and worked perfectly. Thank you for being here for drivetrain parts.
