Allstate Insurance - Carla Carlow, Austin TX

Just spoke with carla and during the conversation she was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, I asked what was the reasoning of her hanging up she said she felt like she was unable to help me at that time, and that I need to contact another insurance agent. I never raised my voice or cursed during the conversation and she still refused to do business with me. She was very rude and very unprofessional would not conduct business with this insurance agent. I will be contacting the insurance commission office as well and BBB. Thanks

I sent multiple emails and calls directly to my agent and the 1800# that is listed on my ID cards. The phone would constantly route me to an extention that would not allow me to leave a message. Finally after calling several other Allstate offices (only to be told that they cannot access my account) I spoke with my agent. She sent me a email that was suppose to have the added vehicle listed but it didn't. Today marked 6 days that I have emailed and called without no response from my agent. After googling and calling random Allstate numbers for an entire week. I reached a agent that went out of his way to help me even though I was not assigned to him. After adjusting my insurance I found out that the vehicle was NEVER added to the policy. This also caused me to continue to pay coverage for a vehicle that wasn't taken off my policy until today as well. This was very stressful and I hope that no one else have to experience this. This left me with many concerns on how things would go if an emergency happened and I couldn't reach anyone. Along with the integrity of my agent to literally send me a email stating that the car was add and it WASN'T!

I emailed and emailed because rate was high and wanted to see if they could get me a lower price on my auto insurance. No response. I got insurance with a different company and emailed to cancel my policy. No response. I called and left message to cancel. I sent email with letter to cancel and they still have the policy as active! Horrible agency! Don’t use!
