Allstate Insurance Agent: Joshua D. Crow, Corpus Christi TX

My family and I moved to Corpus a few years ago and moved our insurance needs to the Crow Agency. We have been pleased with their immediate attention to our insurance needs and timely help whenever needed.

Very good service never had an issue with them and very helpful when needed the most.

I would give it a higher rating but agent response time to emails and the claim rate hike is not acceptable. Had a small claim for a passenger side window and my rate went up almost $20 a month. Then I had to find my own repair shop plus pay for the tint myself. I was reimbursed for the tint but this whole process of having to find my own shop plus prove I had tint on the vehicle and then pay for it myself. State Farm does a way better job at providing service when it comes to customer service, claims and repair.

They have been nothing but professional and helpful any time that we call them. They make doing business in this paperless environment so much easier. We are no longer living in Corpus Christi, but will definitely keep Joshua D Crow as our agent

I was surprised after the storms we had last week and j Crowe sent email asking if we had any damage and we were alright.

Extremely professional team, very easy process and Joshua and the team are willing to work with you on anything you may need. Even with our crazy coastal requirement.

They do whatever they can to help you out. One way or another they are gonna get you the information your looking for. It might not be what you want to hear but it's the information your looking for. They do good work here.
