I feel much better about using this company.

They scheduled me immediately, and then technician was on his way within slightly more than one hour. He diagnosed quickly and repaired on the spot, offering me a second-hand motor that bore a discount. He left us with some counsel concerning a n package in the future. I recommend them highly.

The young man did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I was happy. I'll use them again. He cleaned the dryer duct.

Updated…. Had issue with house no cooling just now. Friday 6pm and called Alltek. They had a tech out within an hour and made a repair to fix the issue. They’re by far the best company I have ever dealt with on AC systems. I do recommend.

Called Aaron at Alltek to come evaluate my AC cause our house was not staying cool. He recommended upgrading my unit. His estimate for a 5 ton setup (inside and outside) came in lower than any other service I called. They came out two days later and had it installed without issues. I couldn’t be happier with the service of everyone involved.

Taylor was very professional, new what he was doing, and came up with a few options for my A/C unit. Would use his expertise again if needed.

Tyler was very nice and professional. He told me exactly how he was going to clean my dryer vent and showed me the tools he was using. He was very informative very polite very kind. Great experience overall in getting our old and disintegrating AC/heating ducts replaced. We had an cost estimate on the spot after inspection of our ducts, and next day replacement of the entire duct system. Reasonable cost and professional service! We are looking forward to reduced heating and AC bills since we were essentially heating and cooling the attic. Highly recommend Alltek!
