I had a consultation today and everyone was so nice and professional! From the front desk to everyone in between. Knowledgeable and helpful. My consultation was with Ed Gronet and he was very informative as far as what I needed and what was best for my body.he had my best interest. I felt safe enough to look forward to scheduling my surgery with him! Thank you all!

I went with Dr Gronet to do my tummy tuck and lipo, I am 6 months Post Op and I love my results I highly recommend him because he does a beautiful work and he knows exactly what he’s doing, also answers all the questions you have and he makes sure you understands everything of the procedures.he cared about me since my consultation that we had. He makes you feel very comfortable that I trust him with my cosmetic body. I did felt nervous at first and I even canceled my appointment that I had in Houston Tx, and I have no regrets! I’m happy and my husband is happy for me I will return if I decide to do another cosmetic procedure because I know I’m in good hands!

I just had my first procedure with Dr. Gronet and he and the whole staff at alluring aesthetics have been so kind and professional! I can’t believe I waited this long to get chin lipo/buccal fat removal! I can’t wait to book with them in the future to accomplish my other aesthetic goals Shout out Alyson, RN, Nicole, RN, Michelle and Lulu for making sure everything ran so smoothly during my procedure.

Dr. Grunberg did a revision of my TT (1st one botched by another surgeon) I came in with a lot of fear and distrust. She helped me by guiding me every step of the way. I never felt abandoned or ignored. She made sure that I was well taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. She is very thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had the best care from consultation, to surgery, and all the way through the recovery. Her entire office is filled with the best of the best. You will not go wrong if you choose to go with her or anyone in her office.

New patient, my visit was phenomenal. From start to finish, the ladies are professional, patient, and kind Paige answered every single question I had about skin care. Made me feel welcomed im appreciative in the fact that caring for skin as we age can be tricky. I'm glad I found them to help with keeping my skin healthy

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Doctor Gronet and his team. I had a rupture in my pec from a bench press accident and they were very thorough and personalized with the treatment. Looks good as new!

Alluring Aesthetics is hands down one of the BEST med spas I have ever been to! Everyone I met was so intelligent and provided me with educated responses to all of my questions, and I had a lot. This just goes to show their dedication to the work they do! We all deserve to age gracefully and I promise you are in the best hands here!

Dr. Grunberg is The Best Surgeon! She revised/fixed what a different surgeon elsewhere did wrong. A True Blessing! She is extremely patient, easy to talk to and did pure perfection with my surgery of tummy tuck, breast lift, lypo and lip/hands fat filler. The staff is also amazing, professional and caring! I EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Dr. Gronet is absolutely amazing. I love his honesty and how personable he is. From my consult to my surgery/post-op, he has been AMAZING! I love my new body and I'm only 8 days post op. The staff has been nothing but great as well. Bri truly has the best personality and makes me feel amazing every single time I have been in the office. She knows how to have fun all while doing her job, and I'm so glad to have her doing my massages. Jeffray assisted with my consult/pre-op appointment, and was very responsive to any and all of my questions during the couple of months leading up to my surgery. Never once did I feel neglected during the entire process. Again, I can not express how grateful I am for Dr. Gronet and the staff at Alluring Aesthetics.

This is no doubt the best place in San Antonio. The whole entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. Kate is not only so wonderful but extremely knowledgeable, she takes her time to explain and listen to her clients. I have never felt more comfortable anywhere else, I truly look forward to going back to my next treatment very soon.

10/10 do Not recommend. Dr. Gronet gave me such a hot body that I literally got pregnant IMMEDIATELY after I recovered.

I hate to say it, but it’s true. I had surgery with Dr. Gronet at the beginning of August and throughout the ENTIRE process, THE WHOLE staff was absolutely amazing. I had a procedure done many years ago (before I found this place) and the comparison between both experiences literally does not exist because they are phenomenal. From pre-op to surgery to post-op, they take amazing care of you. Bri was the absolute sweetest during post op care. I would have LOVED to show you all pictures because my body was to die for but I’ll be back… and this time I won’t get pregnant

I waited a little over a year for my consultation with Dr. Grunberg. I booked my appointment 3 months from my consultation. Trust me she was well worth the wait. Dr. Grunberg's far excited my expectations. I had a Brest lift, tummy tuck, vaser liposuction, fat grafting to breast. I was extremely nervous about the after care, especially the massages. That was short lived once I met Bri. She is so spirited and bubbly and loves what she does. She made me feel so comfortable getting drained lol I'm not sure much people could ever do that. Bri very knowledgeable and helpful to me and my family throw my recovery.

I had chin liposuction, j-plasma skin tightening & fat grafting procedure with Dr. Gronet back in July. Initially I was hesitant about doing a cosmetic procedure, but I am pleased with my results. I have been particularly satisfied with the aftercare since I had it done. Bri has done a great job taking care of me and helping me through the healing process. She gave me lots of tips on how to reduce swelling, bruising and fibrosis after my liposuction. She performed weekly massages on the area, that have improved my skin's elasticity and appearance. She's very sweet and cares about her patients. Not gonna lie the procedure was rough, but Bri and the rest of the staff have made the process so much easier to undergo. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

My wife had a mommy make over a few months ago. Dr. Grunberg was down to earth and very reliable. Her work speaks for itself my wife looks amazing. The post op was challenging I’m thankful for alluring aesthetics friendly staff. Especially Bri she went above and beyond to help my wife. She always made her feel comfortable and was willing to answer any questions we had. Even throw all the pain and bad days my wife had after surgery. Some how Bri was always able to help her forget the pain and have her laughing during massages / draining.

I (Kat) had surgery with Dr Gronet and afterwards saw Bri for all my post op care. First of all to go in there day after surgery not feeling great but to be greeted by Bri and her big smile and contagious laugh really lightens the mood and brightens the time you’re in there. She really takes her time with each patient and makes sure you’re comfortable and all your needs are met! If you can leave there without laughing and cutting up with her you might need to check your own personality lol
