Ally Heating Cooling Service just replaced my furnace in three hours. Did a great job and clean-up. The guys also fixed my previous furnace to enable it to work until they were able to replace it. Very professional and personable.

My family has used this company for extensive air conditioning repairs and oil heater/water heater maintenance. Always thorough and quality service. Shout out to Billy, who came to do maintenance work on our old oil heater. I will continue to use their services in the future. Very satisfied with the work they’ve done. Plus, my AC has never worked this well since we lived in this house. Other companies we used never fixed the problems we were having. Ally Heating Cooling Service did it right. Billy with assistant came to my home within 1 and 1/2 hr from initial call. Did diagnostic test. Set up repair for following day, early morning. They arrived on time set. Resolved heating/cooling issues within 2 hours. Professional, and knowledgeable. Best service I have received from any company in a very long time. Ally Heating Cooling Service technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and I am glad I joined their yearly maintenance program. I have used both their AC service and plumbing service and learned many new tips when they do their inspections. Today they installed a new water heater and their service was outstanding. I was referred from the insurance company. An unusual occurrence caused one of my new units to stop working. As we all dislike being uncomfortable even if for a day. Thankfully Ally Heating Cooling Service were able to resolve within two days. I am very, very sure I touched every nerve, to include the famous last nerve with my frequent calls, emails you name it. But at the end of the third day, finally comfortable and able to sleep.

We always get great service, with polite knowledgeable servicemen. We had a routine service done yesterday, and after talking with the serviceman, we decided to get a Honeywell media filter system. They were able to fit me in this morning, less than 24 hours after we decided to get the system. That worked great for me, because I am home today with a sick child. Today, jack installed it and again, he was professional, courteous, and helped repair a few things that needed fixing with our vents, even though that was not part of this job. Nor did he charge us for those extras. We’ve used Ally Heating Cooling Service for 3 years. We recommend them to anyone!

I had Ally Heating Cooling Service come in to inspect my dryer vent the wasn't venting properly. They inspected and repaired quickly and efficiently, and took the time to walk me through what they found. Will definitely be calling them next time.

Jack did maintenance on my heating and cooling system today. He did a wonderful job and even fixed a problem with my thermostat. I’m getting ready to sell my house, so I appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes and left no trace of his work. They are a wonderful company, and he is their best steward!

Jack and a colleague were absolutely wonderful. Two very competent, detailed, and dedicated young men that I will be calling back with all of my future HVAC needs. They hooked up my washer and serviced the furnace all in a little over an hour and clarified each step to me, as well as making proposals for the future!
