Ally Medical Emergency Room - Dripping Springs

I had a good experience and the staff were great. I went in because of a sore throat and they took care of me with no wait.

Really needed an urgent care right here in the heart of Dripping Springs. The staff here is well informed especially David in the front office was very comforting in the time of an ER visit. Doctors and nurses are well trained to take care of Trauma. They charge reasonable amount for the services they offer. They have some of the newest diagnostic equipment needed in an Emergency room. Great referral program to visit the specialists if a need exists.

My medical team was outstanding! David, Sarah and Dr Racey were all very friendly and professional. Online check-in was quick and easy. I always felt like all cared about my care.

From the reception to the nurse to the attending doctor their service & care were exceptional. They are sensitive, caring and professional.

The medical staff was super friendly and kind, from check-in to check-out. The care and knowledge was outstanding, and place was super clean. There was no wait time and staff was very prompt. I was very pleased with the whole experience, thank you!

I’ve never broken a bone before and I recently broke my foot. This Ally local community ER was excellent. They have served me before on other minor things but nothing this big. They were wonderful to me and ensured I was taken care of. It’s really white glove service. Thank you Ally for such excellent service! Our community is better having you here! Cheers

By far the best ER experiences we have ever had. They have taken such great care of our family on multiple occasions. We are always in and out quickly and have been given the best of care and made to feel so comfortable.

Ally ER is *awesome*. My recent visit was exceptional, from arrival to departure. The facility itself is very clean and tidy. Zero wait, easy check-in process at the front desk, immediate attention to my concerns with Nurse Alicia B. (she's fabulous, very thorough, made me feel comfortable), and speedy care from Dr. Nathaniel Lafleur (listened to all my concerns and super polite & professional). I was in and out in no time with my health issue resolved. This is the experience you want at an urgent care / ER clinic, and this is definitely where my family and I will come back to whenever we're in need. Thank you Ally!

Ally Medical was great treating my sister! She has dementia and needed someone to take time with her to make her feel safe. The staff and doctor did just that. I highly recommend.

The nurses and doctor were friendly, courteous, and professional. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in great hands. They saw me right away and got to work on a diagnosis. Wait time, and I can’t stress this enough, was MINIMAL. The only wait time I experienced was related to my care—however long it took to review my test results was how long I waited and not a second longer. I’m so glad Ally is in Dripping Springs!

I would most definitely recommend Ally ER to family and friends. The staff were very welcoming and professional. There was no wait time, and more importantly the hospital was very clean! Very grateful they are here to take care of our community!

I had an AMAZING experience here with the entire staff. The facility was clean and organized. Zoe and Luis at the front desk were so helpful and got me registered with ease. Nicole and Sarah the rad tech and nurse were very attentive and sweet. After feeling so sick for the last few days, it was so great to have such a caring facility here in Dripping. I will be coming back!

We had an appointment online set up and there were plenty of slots, which was great bc my teenage son needed to be seen immediately and the urgent care I initially picked was booked. I'm actually so glad we had to go to Ally. Everyone we interacted with, from front desk staff to nurses and the doctor who treated him were AMAZING. Friendly, warm, professional. My son was really scared bc he'd never been to an ER, and he had to have a lot of firsts that day. Including his first blood draw. She was so patient with him, and afterwards she showed him exactly what she'd done, demonstrating with the catheter and the iv.

The test results were back about an hour or two after we were discharged. It was so appreciated and wonderful to be treated so well, to feel seen and heard. Thank you all, so much.

I had to bring my son here for an emergency issue. We were so grateful to have an emergency center in Dripping now. There was no wait time and everyone was friendly and caring. My son said the Dr.made him feel safe and comfortable.

Immediate help with understanding and kindness! Didn't know they were there, but glad to know the Ally ER is there!
