Ally Medical Emergency Room - Clear Lake, Houston TX

Needed stitches on my hand, for a new patient, from paperwork to walking out the door was under one hour. Great service all the way around!

Megan from front desk was really friendly, tests done by Lisa done quick and efficiently, Nurse was attentive and helpful and made you feel welcome. Dr. Phong was super friendly, and kind, best doctor I’ve seen. Overall great experience quick and easy, will come again.

I was very pleased today. Took in my son with a dog bite and they took care of him where he was calm. They made him feel comfortable and they went over my charges before anything was done which I appreciate. Special thanks to Phong & Megan

I went in to this location for the first time since I just moved to the area. My neighbor recommended this location. Found the staff to be friendly, professional and had me in a room, seen, medicated, and X-rays and out the door. They kept apologizing saying they were busy but if that was busy with the swift service I saw. WOW not busy would make your head spin. Even saw them take someone back immediately when the patient stated he was having chest pain. Definitely will be my go to place when needing to be seen.

Ally is the best after hours clinic I have ever gone to. They see you promptly. They listen to your needs and are quick to take care of you. Ally also doesn’t charge copays to teachers. They are always helpful!

I've come here multiple times and enjoy the experience more than any Dr. Office. You get whisked to the back. Within 10 minutes of arriving I am sitting just waiting on results. They are quick, very efficient, and very nice! Thanks Megan, Lisa, jax, Val, Martin, and Phong!

This place is wonderful, and have been one of the most helpful medical facilities. I would like to thank everyone Megan at the front desk who was very nice greeting us, Roger the rad tech, Jax the ER tech, Craig and Cristin the nurses, and our PA Phong they were all wonderful and very helpful.

Staff was great from moment I walked in was met by Adrianna who checked me in. Shortly after completing paperwork RN Cristin came out and brought me back to room and began assessing issue. Rad Tech Jessica then took x rays and at end of visit PA Jonathan came in and examined and revealed x ray findings. Entire staff was great and highly recommended Ally Medical ER.

My family had a rough 2023, my wife went to Ally with a persistent cough and fatigue, they ran necessary tests including a CT scan that may have saved her life. My wife was transported to the hospital and was in ICU for 10 days and now is under therapeutic treatment and doing well. My 18 year old son received great treatment for severe flu symptoms. Then on New Year’s Day 2024, I required examination for an upper respiratory infection that worsened over the New Years weekend. Again, great treatment and done so quickly. I would highly recommend Ally to anyone requiring treatment in an ER setting. Ally has a highly professional staff and has our confidence.

Everyone was so helpful, professional, and worked like a well oiled machine. You can tell that everyone respects everyone else and the job they do. Meeting Phong was icing on the cake. He is an amazing treasure.

Received the best care I have had at Doctor visit. All staff very caring. James at check in helped me with forms as I wasn’t feeling so well and getting settled. Nurse Craig brought me in, very experienced, caring professional and relaxed. ER Tech Jax expertly tested me to find out what was wrong. Roger the radiation tech carefully took care of that. Doctor Phong Dam skillfully evaluated the comprehensive medical data captured by the Ally Medical team during my short visit and provided what so far has shown to be the right and best health solution. All on a National Holiday! Thanks for being there Ally Medical.

Wow! What amazing service! My sisters and I love the Ally Medical Care team! Today was exceptional service once again! Go Brooke, James, Jessica, Becky, Shawn, and Sidney!) I was welcome warmly by Brooke and James. Shawn was fun, amusing, and upbeat as he helped me and assisted NP Phong Pam. Mr. Pam took amazing care of my ears! His attention to detail and level of care was par none! I felt comfortable and at home while he cleaned my ears (I ca now hear!) and showed me how to cares for them with q-tips! Now I’m no longer anxious and can be proactive! His energy was inspiring! The entire team took time to listen and truly care about what I had to say! Their energy was so very positive! Thank you!

I came to Ally for an injury. Megan at the front desk was friendly and nice. Lisa my x Ray tech was personable and fast. Dr. O'Connell was friendly and knowledgeable. Val was my RN. He did a great job with my shot and was very hospitable. Jax, my ER Tech was also involved I'm my care. They were friendly, quick, personable, and took great care of me. Thank you, Ally Team!
