I would 100 percent recommend Qasem for any asbestos testing needs you may have. Read on if you want to know more. After having wood delivered, and stacked in our front room, the installers told us we would have to have linoleum under old wood floor tested for asbestos. With guests due to arrive soon for holidays I had no idea where to start looking for someone to test this for us ASAP. Luckily, due to previous reviews I read I chose Qasem's company. He came out the same day I called, was very reasonably priced and he emailed the results the next day. The results were positive so now I had no idea who to call for abatement. Qasem was very helpful listened to my concerns and answered my questions very patiently. He suggested I call for some quotes and he checked with someone he knew. They not only came in with a very fair price, they came out on Sunday, two days later to do the work, very efficiently and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Then Qasem came out to run the final test after they finished. I have the final report in my hands and can call the installers tomorrow, Monday and hopefully get them to work. I would not have been able to do this without Qasem's help.
I had qasem come out and do an asbestos report in Cleburne. The whole experience was great. He answered promptly, was very respectful and informative. As his website states he was the cheapest. He came out immediately, stated he would have same day results and made good on that promise. I will definitely use ALM again
