Almeda Dental, Houston TX

I always hated going to the dentist since I was younger. I've been here since they first opened. Dr. Nguyen is super sweet and knowledgeable. All my teeth cleaning was quick and painless. Yearly checkups are a breeze.

If I could leave no stars I would! I called this office to see if they could perform a procedure I needed to be completed by a endodontist. The office stated that they do perform the procedure here and would be able to do so and asked if I want to scheduled an exam appointment with their Endodontist. When I arrived the front desk staff was nice and knowledgeable about what she was doing however when I went back for the exam the assistant took two X-rays and the general dentist came in and looked at the tooth with her bare eyes and said ok you’re done, I’ll send these images to the Endo and see if she can do it. So I expressed to her if that’s all she was going to do I could have saved my money and she tried to get sassy. The exam was pointless, I could have brought over X-rays from my previous dentist if that’s all she was going to do. They called back a day later and said we sent over the images to Endo and she’s not going to be able to perform the procedure so basically I wasted my money coming here. I just don’t understand either you all can perform the procedure or you can’t and shouldn’t be misinforming patients just to get them into your office to make money off of them while doing the bare minimum. I would NEVER come to this office again for NOTHING! Don’t believe the reviews either. They are all paid promotions

A few weeks ago I had an amazing visit with Dr. Nguyen! She and her staff were so friendly! Then today, I had a visit with the hygienist Don who was so kind and explained my cleaning in such detail. Although it was a simple procedure, he talked to me the whole time and gave me instructions on how to care for my teeth. I've never had someone do that, as before many dentists and/or hygienist would just start putting fingers and instruments in my mouth after barely introducing themselves. It was so appreciated! I will be back!

They did amazing with my visit, everyone was so nice and welcoming! I got a cleaning and they treated me and my teeth with care. I really appreciate them!
