My son wasn’t feeling well. I called as soon as they opened and they were able to see him within a few hours and they entire staff were very welcoming and the NP eased my mind.

Every single time and I mean every single time my kids need medication, it’s never sent the first time. We have to call over and over again to have them resend it. The pharmacy never changes and it’s such a headache not to mention inconvenience. I don’t know who’s responsible for that in the clinic but they need better supervision and training.

I’ve been coming almouie helotes area since my 8year born. I’m closer to this location now and it doesn’t matter how busy or dead they are - they will take over an hour -2hrs waiting in lobby or waiting room. They have a bad scheduling system and when I asked today how much longer when my son has a 10: 15 am appt and someone walks in after and gets called? Then when I ask of the MA is behind schedule and maybe another 30mins to just wait in the room. The ladies in the front do not care while my son has been suffering and wanted him to check out for RSV. I will make sure I contact their supervisor and director. I’m very unsatisfied while my son hanging out. Maybe hey the MA behind today wait time is longer than normal like any other pedi. I cancelled and left this nightmare. Going to littlespurs been quick and efficient and have GREAT customer service reps.

Appointment was at 12: 00 today and we are leaving at 11: 55. They got us in and out so fast. Dr. Hawkins was absolutely amazing. Listened to our concerns and addressed them.

I can see why they have a low rating score. Set an appointment and still have to wait over an hour to be seen.

Waiting time is way beyond an hour or more. Then you have to wait another hour or so to see the doctor when you get a room to see the doctor. Appoint was at 1215 and almost three hours later and still have not seen a doctor. If you plan on coming here expect to be here half the day.

I would not recommend this place. Moved to the area and my second time here and it’s been such a horrible experience. Definitely transferring my kids elsewhere. They NEVER answer their calls and they have you waiting FOREVER. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Horrible, horrible service.

Worst experience ever and I will never take my son back. If I could give no stars, I would. Imagine showing up to your scheduled appointment timely and nearly 10-15 other parties are waiting in the seating and check in areas. It was so many people waiting that they ran out of seats. As soon as I get to the desk I inquiry about the wait. The receptionist at the desk states it's 2-3 hours wait. At this point, I'm confused and I'm told 1 of the 2 Physicians called out and there's an issue with short staffing. I expressed that someone should have called the patients who were scheduled for that day and communicate the situation so they can make the best decision for their schedule. I also expressed my son had to go back to school and I had to go to work so we need to reschedule. I asked for a note to take him back to school. I was told by the so called manager that they could not provide a letter because he was not evaluated by a provider. Now, I am furious because we are being inconvenienced because of the lack of communication and accommodation to provide care for patients timely. I asked was the wait the same length for patients with appointments. The so called manager makes an unprofessional and unpleasant response of "all these people have appointments too" which is obviously inaccurate. There's no way the wait would be that long if appointments were made properly and if it was true then the manager needs to do her job and manage. We begin to go back and forth about the situation, their written policy about providing notes, her unprofessional behavior and attitude. She makes a comment that I made the decision to keep my son home for an early morning appointment and what will another 2-3 hours hurt. And that's when I lost my cool because I value education and am very involved with my son's future. Why would I have him missed the entire day of school to be prescribed medication for ADHD? She continues to make rude comments and eventually calls the police because I refuse to leave without speaking to a supervisor. I believe as a manager, you have to know how to accommodate patients especially if they are not at fault. In this situation, a letter was warranted. Even the police agreed with me but of course they couldn't make her since she was not breaking any law. The entire incident was embarrassing as a mother and professional woman for my son to witness something like that. Like I stated earlier, we will never return and qualified people need to be in customer service roles. There's no way a competent manager with any sense of understanding will let a situation like this escalate. She is a horrible representation for the organization and tarnish the reputation. I am a HR manager and I would terminate my employee if this occurred in my company. My perception is she is racist because we were the only Black patients in the facility. Even my 12 year old son noticed that and was confused and shocked.

Bad customer service at front desk. If you hate your job find another. Karen’s work there. Don’t waste your time and save yourself a headache. You’ll never be able to reach the front desk because they have an answering service to schedule appts. I recommend full care pediatrics by Leon valley area. Everyone there is so nice!

This location is absolutely horrible 4 hours to be seen and there is NO ACTUAL Doctors its Nurses making decisions do your research.

In the 2 years I have taken my kids here. I have never been able to get a hold of the office. You can call right when they are open and it will be transferred to a 3rd party who will take a message. I absolutely love dr. Morgan and she is so amazing with my children. However, this is ridiculous. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone anymore.

I can honestly say this place sucks. Anytime I call theirs no appointments but they want to offer me a telehealth visit how do u know if a child has an ear infection like that? They just guess it’s more money in their pocket. Change pediatricians asap!

Save yourself the headaches and go look for another physician no one answers up front it goes straight to the call center, they never have appointments when you need a sick visit, doctors never answer their online messages. I had to switch my kids because I got tired of the same thing over and over when I need something I had to drive myself to their facility to get a respond or any paperwork

First time here and staff were so nice and efficient. Our check in was quick and was seen by physician fast.alicia the MA was very sweet. So excited I found this place.

Dr Morgan is a wonderful provider. She takes the time to ask questions of me and my children and really listens to the answers. She has a warm and friendly bedside manner. The staff at Dove Creek are all also very welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the time, care, and attention all 3 of my children receive at this clinic.

This clinic has been great to our family. It is always clean, never too long of a wait, and the staff is polite. We can usually get a same-day appointment with our preferred provider, NP Cydne Morgan who is absolutely amazing! She is experienced and personable and truly cares about her patients.
