Almouie Pediatrics Portland Dr

First visit to this location was yesterday. The WHOLE staff was all around AMAZING. My daughter is not the easiest to get a throat swab from and Sylvina was so patient and kind to her, above and beyond what most nurses are when trying to get a swab from her. She let my 6 yr daughter “prepare herself” for a good five minutes. No other nurse at any location has ever been this patient with my daughter. For the first time my daughter wasn’t force or held down. My daughter left smiling yesterday! We will be scheduling all our appointments at this location bc of their amazing staff as a whole!

The nurses and NPs and doctors are good. I hate that I pay my bills and then it says I still owe them. We sorted it out eventually but it’s frustrating that it happened. I showed proof of payment and the front office had to “look deeper” and found my payments. The front desk workers are always very gracious and wonderful to work with. I am not faulting them but maybe look into your computer systems. It’s scary that I’ve paid the same bill once or twice already. Not a fan of that.

Been coming here for a little over 10 years and they’re always nice, take their time to go over concerns and overall they’re amazing!

Don’t bring your kids here the people manning the phones need to be retained how to put a phone on hold The doctors are insensitive, rude and Feel like I was never listening. Thank you for the wonderful nurses. And the only reason why I stayed this long at this doctors office was the limited options in Portland.

Almouie Pediatrics and Jennifer Vala are great! They are always very helpful and friendly.

Love my experience here! NP Jenni is amazing. My son had so many colic issues as a baby and she never gave up till she found something that worked and made him feel better. The staff is always so sweet and welcoming to! Very glad I found them.
