Aloft Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

I absolutely hate the feel of Aloft rooms, it's like a college dorm. The service was great but I prefer a room to feel like home and not a hostel.

We book a room here for the end of the month, emergency came up to were we can not travel and they will NOT give me a refund. Altho it is a sold out Hotel that weekend they will not work with us. I will be disputing on CC and Highly recommend not staying here.

Paid for a normal room was allocated an handicap room, then while trying to ask for another room with my things my phone got stolen, the staffs had nothing to say or do to help me find it. Room service dint clean my room even though I had dropped a message at the reception 2wice, it was a mess in this hotel. I regretted coming here.

Stayed there as we were attending a Rangers baseball game. Location to ball park and Six Flags are good. Getting into parking lot was a little tricky as you have to cut through a C-store parking lot to get in but overall not that bad. Rooms were small but clean. Our biggest complaint was that our A/C didn’t work so our room was 80 degrees. No one to fix it and when we told front desk they just told us that no one from management is there at the moment. Nothing was done, we still paid full price, and no one acted like they cared. Because of this, I would not recommend staying there. Lots of hotels close by to stay at instead.

Company moved to Texas and used this Hotel for numerous of our employees stay. Stayed for over a month.stayed 2 1/2 weeks once and 3 weeks the last time and NEVER was my bed made or sheets changed. The Hotel Cable was out for 4 days. Missed college football/NFL Sunday and Monday.
I saw a McDonald’s Sundae sitting in the Ice Room for over 8 days. Shows the cleaning crew never went in and wiped anything down.
When I asked about my issues they gave me business cards of the Manager. I called and they advised me that management is off on weekends.
I had to pay in full and was given a 10 dollar gift card for my troubles. One of my coworkers found a camera in her vent (shower).
I have to return next week because our company has an account there. Not looking forward to the stay.
I will definitely be filing a grievance regarding this Hotel with my Company to change locations ASAP.

Great place the first time we were there which was opening game for the Texas Rangers this year.
Decided to go there the second time for a Rangers game during labor day. Total disaster the toilet went out, and when that was fixed the AC went out waited for maintenance to fix it when he said he fixed it.
It never cooled down, finally near midnight we were moved to another room.
I think next Texas Rangers game we go to we won't stay at the Loft Hotel.

The hotel is nice and the rooms were clean and the lobby had lots to do. I would recommend staying here again in case you are visiting the area.

This is a general review of Aloft hotels. Over the past year I have stayed at 3 different Aloft hotel properties located in Mountain View, CA, Louisville, KY, and Dallas Arlington Entertainment District. I have found in each of these hotels the service has been excellent. The staff from the front desk and bartenders to house keeping have all been extremely friendly and gave their best effort to make sure my stay was very enjoyable. I would like to extend a huge shout out to Alphonso and members of the house keeping staff from my last stay in Dallas Arlington. When I arrived back home, I realized that I had left my key fob for my van in the hotel room. I called the front desk and Alphonso worked with house keeping to find the key fob for me and gave me instructions on how to get it returned to my address in Indiana. In the day where good customer service is not always guaranteed, this was very much appreciated. I owe a huge thank you and a job well done to the above staff. Again, I have found this to be a common theme among the Aloft hotels where I have stayed. Thanks again for the great service and please keep up the good work.

Terrible place to stay 1st night we checked in there was loud music and people talking vary loudly till 5 in the morning called the Front desk and thay didn't do nothing about it 2th morning was checking out and Realized someone Stolden my Headlights off of my 2023 f450 that was parked right in front of the hotel will never be staying here agin

Stayed here for the Astros vs Rangers game, picked this hotel due to the location. I was surprised at the overall appearance of this hotel, especially when prices double when games are going on. I would say the 150 a night average is on par, but paying 334 for this is not.

The hotel was perfect! Great location for the Ed Sheeran concert! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great!
The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful!
Will definitely be back!

The nice lady working at the bar was the best part of this hotels room was ok lobby was ok, the location kk.but the lady at the bar Sunday evening was very nice and that was the best part of the stay

The reviews were not that great when we booked a room but decided it was the best choice for us because of the location to the stadium. Check in was fast and informative. Everyone was friendly. Room was really clean. Property was clean. It was a Saturday so it was busy. Pool was open but it was cold out. Free parking and dog friendly. We will be staying at more aloft properties because we had such a good experience at this one.

For the last few years I have been staying here when I have come into town for work. When newer this place was pretty good, but it has become run down over the last few years and has not been well-maintained.
The exterior doors by the pool have been broken for at least a month or two; this is the most convenient entrance to the hotel, as the "main" entrance is in the back. In my room, there are some pretty nasty stains on the furniture and the heat does not work. On my last trip the stick-on vinyl hardwood floors were peeling up in the bathroom. The nightstands have USB ports that are completely non-functional in all but one room I have stayed in so far this year.
I hope they fix this place up again eventually, but until then I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Great hotel, close to AT&T Stadium. Friendly staff. Full array of food within walking distance.

This hotel is awesome. Super clean. Staff is great. Cool rooms. I didn't hate my business trip!
