A man that works there has r4a9ed at least two girls in the past two years Joe Ballesteros is a wonderful employee.

This was my first time staying at an Aloft property. I was impressed, the rooms have a very unique layout. Just FYI if you're going to share a room, make sure you feel comfortable with that person because there's no restroom privacy.

This is a very jazzy place. Very nice design and decor. There was also a pool table in the lobby along with a bar. I did not get a chance to see if there was a swim pool or what it looks like. The surrounding areas are very nice there are other hotels around and quite a few restaurants as well.

We only stayed for one night, the rooms were new and clean upon check in. It did feel weird that we couldn’t have more than two physical room keys for three guests though. I’d say the biggest drawback is the bathroom, the gap in the door means there’s no real privacy, and it seemed pretty unsanitary that there was no hand soap or bar soap to wash your hands. When I went to the front desk to ask for some, they looked at me like I had two heads and said they could give me body wash but that they didn’t carry hand soap.

This is a beautiful hotel, very trendy, very snazzy. However, the gentleman at the front desk lacked customer service skills. He was eating his dinner by the front desk, didn't greet us, went straight behind the desk and proceeded to check us in. He would stop checking us in to start talking to other guests who went by.
A very dry personality with a tad of asking too much our business in Dallas. Again, beautiful hotel and looking forward to staying again.

We had a very nice stay here. Glenda at the front desk was especially friendly. The room and lobby were clean and comfortable, and the location was close to everything we needed.

If you are looking for a chic atmosphere, this is the place! Service is impeccable. And the rooms are very modern and you won't want to leave

Great room. Not big but laid out very nicely. The decor is top notch, modern with nods to classic niche. The pool area is well thought out as is the outdoor seating area. The hotel is placed nicely with easy to get to dinning spots. It has many amenities that I didn't try, but nice they were available. Definitely will visit again.

If you're titanium (Gold and above) and decide to get breakfast rather then points go with the points. Breakfast is not totally complimentary and overpriced. I obviously stay on hotels often and this was very disappointing for Aloft (Independently owned). Employee's very nice, location is great, hotel very nice, and rooms standard but good.

I really enjoyed my stay, rooms and service were excellent. Although I do wish breakfast was included.

POSITIVE: My friend and I stayed at the hotel because we were in town for an all-weekend concert event at ATT stadium. The location was ideal. Very easy drive to stadium, and close to a lot of dining spots. Plenty of parking, the lobby was great (made good use of the hotel bar, which was excellent!) and the pool table in evenings. Didn’t use pool but it looked ok (was too hot outside). Used the gym every day and for a hotel gym, it was actually very very good! Plenty of cardio equipment, several machines, and dumbbells up to 50 lbs.immaculately clean, and had fresh towels to use. The room itself was super clean, great large TV, mini fridge, and the beds were super comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on, honestly. It felt like laying in my bed at home. Good price for the value. Overall I highly recommend the hotel to anyone in the area. Aloft is usually a very good value, and this was no exception. I did not use their breakfast option so I cannot comment on that. Also did not utilize room service/cleaning (I never usually do, I grab extra towels and supplies as needed, and put out trash bags for pickup outside the door). Front desk staff was very nice, as was the male bartender we had two nights.

NEGATIVE: My main gripe about the hotel and my stay was the bathroom in the room. The setup is awkward. Not sure if all the rooms are the same. Normally the bathroom in most hotel rooms is a separate small room with toilet and shower together. This room had a bathroom “area” when you first walk in (shower with glass door, sink and vanity area, and then the toilet individually in a tiny room by itself). This area is separated from the sleeping area by a thin wall (one of those walls that you sometimes see in conference rooms to separate meeting areas, thin and blocks no sound). This setup affords minimal privacy. If you are staying in the room with your significant other, there is no problem because privacy doesn’t matter. However this was a guys’ trip with my friend and the setup was annoying. The shower has absolutely nothing on which you can hang clothes, no hooks no rack at all, and immediately outside the shower door there is only one small hook to hang a towel. That’s it. As a matter of fact there is no closet in the room either, just a stand alone rack sitting there outside the door with exactly two clothes hangers. Nowhere to hang shirts to keep them neat. We had all our clothes folded and laid out on the small couch. Obviously since privacy matters here between two friends, it was annoying to not have a large enclosed bathroom where you can shower and change inside. My friend and I had to take turns and one wait in the sleeping area until shower and changing done and we give each other a verbal “all clear” to take turns and switch. Kind of obnoxious. No fan in the bathroom area either so if you want to drown out any “noise” from the bathroom, your friend had better blast the TV to drown it out…if you know what I mean. Not a huge annoyance, but this is why I would give the hotel a 4/5 and not a perfect score. However everything else being excellent, I would stay again and still recommend it. It seemed like the best overall value in town and proximity to the stadium

If you are planning to go to At&t Stadium or Globe Field, DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked our reservation with Marriott 2 months ago. Yet, Marriott allowed their hotel to become overbooked, leaving us no where to stay. Aloft answer to this was to put us at their Las Colinas location (across town at midnight). And that hotel is awful. To add insult to injury, they said the night would be comped. However, when we returned home, we found that Marriott had charged us for making us go to another hotel. Worst experience with Marriott. EVER!

Liars!
1. Called night before to verify amount of hold for incidentals and was told $20. But when I arrive am told is $50!
2. Then was told would be a hold but it DID clear my bank and 10 days later still no refund
3. Complained to Marriott and told would have a response in 5 business days, but been longer than that and still no response.
4. Hit my shin on footboard.
5. I am a Titanium Bonvoy member. If this is how they treat me, imagine how they treat a non Bonvoy member!

now thats out of the way let's talk about this cute little hotel.

It's pretty new, or newer than what's around the area. Parking lot is spacious but I read a review about tail lights being stolen so I was a little nervous about that. However my fear was unfounded. Car wasn't messed with at all.

The room is very modern. But that's kinda nice. I hate wasted hotel space when I just need a bed, toilet and shower. And this didn't disappoint. Bed was nice and comfy. Sheets were fresh smelling and clean.

Went to the bar for a snack and noticed the gal behind the bar really wasn't a bar tender. She's sweet, polite, and efficient. But not a bar tender. Folks were asking for drinks and she had to refer to a how to guide behind the bar. Not hating on her maybe she's new to it, but just be aware of you're a drink snob.

Would absolutely stay here again. And will, infact, in two weeks.

Fabulous hotel amazing staff and the bar is the best. They have things to do in hotel so you really don't have to leave.

Very nice place. Nice rooms and nice pool. Only breakfast I would not book, but you can take care of it nearby.

This is the best stay I’ve had in a while. The rooms were clean and the pool was well maintained. Rob from the front desk was quick to help us with all our needs. He made the stay easy and enjoyable! It was also in a great location which was close to the Globe Life Field and lots of shopping and eating options within 15 minutes. Would definitely be back.

Nice modern vibe, bar is nice, great gym, free pool is nice, swimming pool is excellent. The beds are awesome. Only complaint is water pressure in shower was not good, too low. Also needs shower hand wand.

Terrible place to stay 1st night we checked in there was loud music and people talking vary loudly till 5 in the morning called the Front desk and thay didn't do nothing about it 2th morning was checking out and Realized someone Stolden my Headlights off of my 2023 f450 that was parked right in front of the hotel will never be staying here agin

Bar service here is amazing. I’d go back just for that. In town for work and glad we decided to stay and hangout downstairs. Thank you again!
