Cool place around Glade park Euless, it has everything to enjoy your stay, staff is friendly, management is efficient, facilities are well maintained. The only thing needs more attention would be "refreshments" offered not too healthy, needs more fresh options, easy to fix.

Magnificent modern hotel in a great area surrounded by all the shops and fun spots that you should need. The rooms are trendy and fun. Beds were comfortable. Customer service was awesome. My family loved it. Good job Marriot Bonvoy. Anyone who doesn’t love this modern hotel just prefers the dark corridors of a historic hotel built in the early 1900’s.

The employees are kind, but to find out if a room is occupied they call your room. First it was at 2: 30AM. Yep, in the morning! The front desk apologized saying, "sorry we were checking if this room was occupied. " WTH? ! I've never had a hotel do that.
I couldn’t fall back asleep because I heard the music blaring at the pool below me. Mind you it’s a Thursday at almost 3 in the morning. It’s also February so obviously no one was in or enjoying the pool. Very odd and when asked to turn it off the girl at the front said they would turn if down. Idk.make it make sense.
Then I got a call again at 5am! I didn't even answer I was so delirious. At that point I disconnected the line. I don't know if something was down with their booking system, but regardless it was extremely frustrating. Expect not to sleep.

Outstanding service from staff! The parking garage was a life saver for covered parking during the ice storm!

Great place near the airport and good restaurants. Plenty of spaces for groups to gather. Wish the exercise room was less on display though.

Beautiful location with many stores within walking distance. Staff is super friendly. Shout out to Larry, and Kurt for being friendly and super helpful throughout my stay. Would stay here again next time I’m in Texas!

Not a good experience at this place. Say one thing, do another. Only positive thing was Andy at the front desk. They are very lucky to such a great employee.

The people and the location are awesome! However, I do not care for the rooms. They are not suitable for a business professional. No closet, no desk, no iron/ironing board.

Worst marriott experience I have ever had. They entered my room despite do not disturb sign and took the air conditioner apart even though the unit was working fine. They left it in pieces all over the room and did not resolve the matter with adequate customer support. Very disappointing.

This hotel is ok. I am a little disappointed in this Marriott property, if I am being honest. It is in a great area and I have stayed in their Aloft properties before and had no problems. But this hotel feels cheaply made. Sound travels through the walls and I’ve been unable to sleep through the night.

I will not be returning nor recommending this hotel.

Andy at check in did everything he could to get me checked on a business trip when there were problems scanning my credit card. The room was spacious, spotless and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower had quick hot water. The bar was well supplied and the pool was clean and refreshing. Hope to stay here again soon

No hotel van after 11: 00 p.m! WTH was on a delayed flight get locked out of your room even though you have the key redone takes 6 minutes and 30 key strokes to get your key remade Horrible Alot hotel shame on you!

Great for families! Especially with teens. There’s so many food options, shopping n entertainment that’s walking distance. Staff was superb n hotel was very clean n chic. The complementary shampoo/conditioner was our fav.

Fridge didnt work in my first room so they gave me another room and the tv didnt work on the second room.

I am so disappointed in aloft the room is tiny the door for the restroom does not close all the way. The peephole and the surrounding door is covered in makeup for what I paid it should atleast be clean.

Positive: Location was great! Plenty of USB ports around the room. Negative: The rooms were small, pillows were way too soft. No closet, just a hanging bar & we had 4 clothes hangars while my daughter's room had none. Not much counter space at the sink & no place to hang a hand towel. The shower door would not close & the shower floor was very slippery, our daughter fell & we almost did too. Air conditioner was way too loud. Woke us up every time it would kick on/off. Finally just kept it in the "on" setting & was still too loud. Think way too much time/money spent on decor & not enough on functionality.

We love this hotel. Chris the bartender is the main reason we come. His service is impeccable. We visit this hotel for Chris every time we come to Dallas. Even if we are working on the East side we come here. He is 100% hospitality.

This was our second stay at this hotel and both have been pleasant! This time around I did the mobile key so not much interaction with the staff to comment on that aspect, but we liked the hotel itself. My favorite part is the location! Lots of food options and shops right across the street you can walk to, and the general surrounding area is such a cute spot. Very clean and maintained. The rooms are and good size and very clean! I bring Clorox wipes and do a quick wipe down of toilets, handles, any tables and not a spot of dirt was picked up so that’s always reassuring of the cleanliness. We didn’t have any problems being able to hear other rooms like you can at some hotels. We initially chose this location due to convenience of our friend living down the street, but I’m glad that it could check all the boxes and will be returning for sure!

Was really excited to try this place cause it was very different. The rooms though didnt feel very, welcoming? The walls were very thin. You could literally hear everything going on outside ur room around you. But again it is different and in a great location.
