Aloft San Antonio Airport

This hotel is located to all amenities. The airport downtown North Star mall. Everything is close by in the service is a plus

Rooms are small and feel like a display in IKEA. Walls are thin - you can hear the neighbors.

Our plane was delayed do the airline put us up for the night! Thanks! This was close and it even had a shuttle it was very nice! Everyone was very friendly! Thanks again!

This hotel is our favorite. It's pet and family friendly and the location is great. Close to North Star Mall and plenty of food options. The shuttle service is offered 24 hours and takes you anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. The staff here are kind respectful and enjoy great conversation as well. Would recommend.

GHETTO I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I hardly ever write reviews but here we go.my son's basketball team stayed at this hotel for a tournament and I was very unimpressed. Overall, the hotel is very dark and dirty looking. There were 4 of us in our room and were only given 2 towels. When i asked for more I was told they don't have any towels available.like huh? Waited hours still no towels ended up going to target and buying towels! Room service is supposed to be every other day but we were there 4 days NO Room service. Trash piled up everywhere as there are no trash cans they don't even have an ice machine! We had a horrible experience and will never stay here again.

Very nice hotel, bed and pillow are very comfortable. Staff are friendly and hotel located near by shopping mall, restaurants and fitness center. Room are clean, hotel are new.

The only issue was at check in. The hotel couldn't find our hopper reservation but they eventually fixed it.

Got here today. Check in was ok. Carpets could use some cleaning. Interior design is outdated. Room was fine. Advertisement on bar open until 2am posted in the elevators is not correct. They close at midnight. Thought we would get back around 12: 30 to find out it was closed so had to go to QuikTrip and grab something real quick. Other than that, just ok.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was great and welcomed my chihuahua. They even take pictures of your pet to hang in the lobby!
It's not a super fancy place, but it was close to shopping and restaurants.

We stayed from Friday to Monday. Room was nice, service was ok. We had to constantly get a new key because ours kept deactivating. We had a total of 7 keys this whole weekend. That was the most annoying part.

Great hotel when accompanied by canine friends in San Antonio. No surcharge for canines and they didn’t charge deposit. Hotel was very clean even the rooms (no carpet). Excellent breakfast place across the street.

This hotel is close by the airport and most of our weekend places to go. That's why it got three stars. It would have gotten more if it were clean and if the staff were more engaged.

4 years later, the place has aged and is looking worn in many places like the carpet, bathroom fixtures, and trim. There's a Starbucks 0.4 miles away if you want decent coffee and a great breakfast place across the parking lot. You can't beat the price of this place, I just wish it was cleaner and the staff were fine. They charge McDonald's prices for 7-11 style breakfast.

Not family friendly. It feels like you're in a bar in a bad part of town. The isolated garage is behind the hotel, itnis dark and too far to fel safe walking at night. There was a car parked in the distance with the lights on, facing the guests-did not feel safe with kids. The receptionist is not welcoming at all. The hallway smells bad and looks like a warehouse. The rooms don't appear to be vacuumed as they had a lot of white debris on the carpet as you walk in, and the "white" hand towels are dingy. I am better off going to Target next door and getting new ones. Unfortunately, we were "required" to stay here for a tournament. The deadbolt doesn't work. It got stuck and we couldn't open the door. After a minute or so of juggling it around it did open but we did not feel comfortable using it again. There are limited options for breakfast. We included breakfast with our stay, but little did we know there were like 6 options, including a wrap, biscuit, sandwich, and oatmeal.

Not all Aloft's are created equally. Just stayed at the one in Waco (amazing). This one not so much. Bathroom seems older and in need of maintenance. No new nor modern closet with mirrors. Check in was problematic. Points for great location close to the airport, next to North Star Mall and many restaurants.

Aloft San Antonio was a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us with a couple of toiletries we needed. The lounge/bar area was a cool space where people gathered in the evenings, they had a concert while we were staying there. The rooms, hallways, and shared spaces were clean. The gym was a great amenity. We really appreciated the great free coffee and vegan food options available.

I had the pleasure of staying a few days at the Aloft in San Antonio during the month of February. It was my first time in this part of the city and I was delighted with the experience. The hotel staff and other guests were very friendly and the hotel itself was modern and immaculate. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. What really made my stay special was that the Aloft is pet friendly and I was able to bring my Chihuahua along with me at no extra cost.
I wish I had taken more photos of the property and the room itself; however, it was so wonderful that I forgot to do so and simply wanted to enjoy it! I am very pleased with my stay and I look forward to returning to this Aloft in the future.

The hotel always is clean. It is my favorite place for stay every time that i coming to San Antonio.
