Aloha Shaved Ice reviews
16I was there for 3 items, I pay $51 dollars and they don’t even closer how they look on their pictures! Very disappointed first and last time there
Wide selection of shaved ice flavors and ice cream. Service was ok but the syrup was not consistent on the shaved ice. Price was just a bit more than what we expected. Location was perfect if you like to watch planes landing from the outside seating in front.
The best place to get any kind of snack. The pineapple/strawberry explosion is just one of my favs.
Amazing place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Everything you can imagine when it comes to ice creams, shaved ice and all the toppings you could dream of. Great place!
For the price, this place is too inconsistent. I ordered a blue coconut and a blue raspberry. One had plenty of syrup and the other was white around the edges just below the top layer and almost completely white at the bottom. Disappointing.
Big portions of old and stale product! Extremely rude. We drove 15 minutes to come here and the guy with the glasses and the bad teeth was extremely rude. The girl that took our order was ok. In the end, I had to buy another snow cone for my 4 year old son who tipped over his minutes after receiving it. Not what I would’ve done as an owner/worker, but ok no problem. Don’t mind paying. Seating only outside, dirty, bees swarming around, no trash can. By the time I started eating my ice cream, it had melted so much it was running down my arm and all over the place. When I asked for more napkins he gave me 2. Lol! My son had snow cone all over him, and when his grandpa asked for more he was told that they had already given enough napkins. What a joke of a business! Never again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Came here for the first time with my daughter and grandchild. Staff, particularly the guy with glasses, was rude. My grandson tipped over his shaved ice and my daughter asked if he could knock off top and add a little more ice so that he could stop crying. Guy rudely said no and told her she would need to pay for a whole new one. A 1/4 cup of ice would have cost them pennies. Regardless, it was just his bad attitude that made the whole experience poor. In the end, with a big mess to clean up, they refused to give us more napkins because between 3 people, he had already given us six napkins, and in his words: "he had already given us enough". Horrible customer service! From some other reviews, we see that this is a reoccurring problem with the staff. A small act of kindness and a little bit of customer service could have made this whole experience different. But he chose to be a JERK instead. I could add more but in an effort to keep this short, i wont. Wont be returning EVER! #WWJD
This place is amazing, they have everything here from mangonadas to nachos, takies with cheese puckledilly's a big shaved ice cone, service is also amazing, ehen you get here and if the libe is long don't get discouraged it moves fairly quick.
Strawberry Picadilly shaved ice snow cone. A small is for sure a large.can't imagine what the medium size would look like. All delicious!
We've been talking about getting shaved ice for a month now and finally found a place worth checking out. And let me tell you, this place is amazing! Shaved ice, Italian ice, ice cream, all the ices, really; fruit cups, shakes; even nachos, snacks, and a lot more. They really do have some very creative and decorative drinks. I'm pretty sure I saw one that had an entire slice of cake on top. Don't be surprised if they include a plate inside the drink, to help contain the amount of toppings pouring over the edge. Nowhere to sit inside, sadly, probably because of the massive line taking up the interior (don't worry, it moves quickly). Is it a little expensive? Yes. Worth it? Totally.
They’re stuff is always fresh and refreshing! The kids love it and the staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are. I love the shaved ice flavors and the pineapple and strawberry explosion. The fruit is always fresh from what I can tell.
Food pretty good but they were cleaning while store was still open. Strange. No seating inside? No spoon or napkins given for big overflowing milkshake thing. It's good for the price and creative but with this kind of order, one needs to sit inside and have napkins. We were walking and it was a royal mess going home.
So glad we found this place! Have yet to try something that wasn't delicious from the aguas frescas (we tried watermelon and cantaloupe), strawberry explosion, extreme fresnada, mangonada (sour patch also), and more. Tropical Blast with watermelon and cucumber is by far my favorite on hot days.
Has definitely become our go to when looking for a treat.
Love my mangonada. Lots of flavors and variety of ice creams to choose from. Always busy too but it's worth the wait. Mmm good.
Ive gone here several times but today I got a snow cone with no flavor at the bottom. I ask for them just to fix it and they stated they could not bring cup back behind the counter. Okay I understand. They also state they could not remake it, I would have been happy with just the bottom portion of the cup being remade. But again they said they could not. They gave me syrup in a cup. All I wanted was a snow cone that I paid for instead I was given plain dry flavorless ice.
