I've been with Alpa for years now, starting with the Bedford location (Janet), then the Dallas location (Jefferson) (Diana) and now Irving. I have always had great service at all locations. Most recently with Laura (Irving). She went above and beyond finding me the best carrier for my needs and her customer service is exemplary. I plan to be with Alpa for years to come. The office close at 7 pm I been calling non stop since 6 pm no one answers more than 10 time dialing - and get transfer to the voice mail. Really is there no one working right now that can pick up a call. I’m calling to make a payment and now by tomorrow I’m going to have to pay fee for late Payment because no one is picking up the phone such a bad customer service.
Jennifer provided excellent customer service when helping me with my insurance. She really worked with me & even gave me a discount so that my insurance can be a little lower. My overall experience here at Alpa was great. Thanks Jennifer!
