Wonderful place. Rooms clean and well supplied. Food was great. Sharon & Tom were great on making us feel welcomed

I had a wonderful stay here - very kind hosts, exceptional breakfast, and the Twin Sisters room with its outdoor hot tub was spacious and comfortable!

We went for my Birthday. Sharon & Tom treated me very special on my Birthday which I will never forget.

Alpine Bed and Breakfast was the perfect choice for a few nights near Big Bend National Park in a excellently cared for historic home with delicious, better than restaurant quality, "don't miss" breakfasts. Tom & Sharon are professionals who took time and care to treat my husband and me like VIPs and make sure we had our needs met. The beautiful Twin Sisters room with its private porch patio and hot tub gave us the space, peace, and comfort we needed for several nights' rest. We relished the breakfasts, which permitted us plenty of flavorful delight, nourishment, and filling choices (we are big eaters). The hosts respected our privacy but also provided personal touches each day (detailed chats about sights and routes, fresh fruit available, excellently selected choices of not only coffees and teas but also hot chocolate, seltzer, and juices) We enjoyed being able to walk through town and get a feel for it's history and creativity, drive down to Big Bend for a full day, and simply rest in between hot tub soaks. We are moreso "city slickers" than "country mice;" at night, we could look up from the jetted tub and view a sky full of stars, brilliantly shining without the dampening effects of light pollution. Fresh air, warm people, truly comfortable accommodations, special "extras. " Don't miss this gem in Alpine, TX!

The Alpine B&B, owned and lovingly operated by Sharon and Tom Kelner, is deserving of at least five starts in all regards! Our Two Sisters room was spacious, comfortable, clean as a pin, and included a private hot tub, great for a soak under dark skies while enjoying a glass of wine. Our two breakfasts were delicious and quite filling. All and all a great value!
The Alpine B&B is also well situated for exploring the town of Alpine, day trips to Marfa, the Fort Davis area, and even Big Bend National Park. The two different 90 minute drives to the park's two entrances are beautiful, and besides, there aren't any accommodations within the park or nearby that can compare to what the Alpine B&B offers. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Alpine Bed & Breakfast is such an awesome little gem! Tom and Sharon are such considerate and caring hosts. This place epitomizes hospitality and is also perfectly located. It's a short trip to Big Bend National Park, Fort Davis, Davis Mountains State Park, McDonald Observatory and Marfa. The breakfast offered is also diverse and tasty. This has to be the best place to stay in Alpine!

The Alpine B&B is so worthy of five starts in all categories. Our room was spacious and comfortable and both bedroom and bathroom were sparkling clean. We reserved Castle Rock room which comes with an incredible bathroom. Breakfast was fabulous. On our second morning, we arranged for a to-go breakfast and the options were varied and all were delicious. Sharon and Tom were gracious and warm hosts. We will be back!

Amazing food, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly hosts! Spacious rooms with lots of natural light and privacy. We appreciated all the extras such as an available freezer, refrigerator, and a variety of beverages. We will stay there again!

This is a great Bed & Breakfast, not too far from Big Bend National Park. The hosts are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are well appointed, the hosts have thought of everything. I highly recommend this B&B.

Ed and I came upon this lovely bed and breakfast by accident and are SO happy we did. Sharon and Tom are wonderful hosts, our room was roomy, clean and welcoming and the food was delicious! I felt pampered staying there and it seemed that every little detail had been thought of to make our stay as nice as possible. We look forward to the next opportunity to stay again! Would highly recommend!

Outstanding place to stay at! I honestly can not think of anything that worthy of 5 stars. My wife and I came out to Texas to celebrate our 40th anniversary, and wanted to spend a couple of nights on the Big Bend region. The place was immaculate, food in the morning was delicious, and the hosts Tom and Sharon were accommodating and great conversationalists. To make things even cooler, I discovered that I had gone to junior high and high school with Sharon's older sister in Miami, nearly 50 years ago!

My wife and I have stayed at the Alpine Bed and Breakfast twice now and each time it was a 5-star experience. It is so nice that the Owner's, Tom and Sharon, live on the property to personally make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The rooms & bathrooms are perfectly appointed and Owner's make sure you are well-versed in this area's points of interest to make your visit memorable. BTW, their 'gourmet" breakfast is as delicious as you would find in the finest hotels across the country. The overall package makes Alpine B & B a must stay when you are visiting West Texas.

We were traveling through Alpine on our way to Big Bend National Park. Absolutely lovely, immaculate home that It is furnished wonderfully. Breakfast was superb. Greeted by Berkly, who is super friendly. Enjoyed conversing with Tom in the morning. If you’re passing through this area, we highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
